"I have been a resident here a North Park at Scott carver for 4 years and since I been a tenant it been great living here, i love the the fact everyone is professional/ friendly at all time, The assistant and manager call back to make sure that all your need is matt concerning repairs in the home. I have no complaints so far so good in I really recommend these apartments"

"I moved out on January 31st 2022. I am still waiting on my deposit to be returned. I received a certified letter in March stating that I will be receiving a check. It is May 17th still no check. I sent an email to the office and no reply."

"It’s the worst place to raise your family. And they don’t come out to fix anything on time the Communication Is very poor Ms Brenda is one of thee worst fraud person that they can have working in there office around people’s Personal Information. They don’t help you in no way. The hold System of North Park is poor Please if you want a better life for you and your family ( North Park it’s not the place to be) Dangerous!!!!!! My child at the age of 7 been Bully on there Property since 2013 I have been Complaining. And nothing was never done I have 10 police reports and Several times I’ve been to the office for help. Just got Ignored. Til I was attacking by the same family who been bullying my daughter that’s now 13 years old.and now me and my family is Evicted. And I’m apart of MDPH. This Community Is a Failure to life when you trying to grow. Warning it’s a Dangerous place for your family."

"The worst place ever to live. First I will start with discussing staff. Northpark is an urban development that never has a receptionist that's fluent enough to communicate with tenants. Staff is never employed long enough to be putting trust into this development with personal information. I done saw kids of formal staff handling personal info of residing tenants, personal info being took out to the community and most importantly very unprofessional and inexperienced employees. There's never no one with answer to your problems, let longer an employee that calls a tenant incompetent. I recently left Northpark Oct. Of 2018 after 6yrs of misery. Remind you the last time I signed a lease was in September of 2017. My lease expired on September of 2018. Early this yr I was billed for braking my lease by Brenda. The most NASTIEST employee ever. A lease is a binding agreement. So if I had none then why am I being charged for braking one. Spoke to to Carla and Elizabeth earlier this month. They only promised to investigate and get back with me. How could you possibly be working and never at work Elizabeth. Oh yeah Brenda the County don't hire incompetent employees. But trust I will fight this to the bitter end. Maintenance walks into your unit whenever they feel. Never no consistency in that position NEITHER. Feel like total strangers have keys to your unit. Remember the history of this community and how it was built prior to trying to belittle anyone. And living off 61st streets is so much worst, Ms. Ghetto always with a skirt almost split to your crack. Not all people that comes from the projects is uneducated and I'll be DAMN if I let any of y'all try to make me feel that way. Not all persons that's returned scott project RESIDENCE has free rent. Not all returning residence are unemployed. REMEMBER you just got this job Brenda and I dont believe you're experienced ENOUGH to keep it. Prior to me moving out you told me you dont deal with public housing and they made u manager. How desperate that seems. Im willing to bet half or maybe more of the tenants want you gone but it won't be long. I done saw managers come and go. Especially with the attitude you have. You're definitely not a peoples person. I'm so dissatisfied on the persons Bryon McCormick choose to represent they company and will NOT refer anyone."

"Poor treatment to customers, made me waste my time in coming. The guy i spoke with couldnt even provide me with the right info. The following day the women supossedly call me but i was at work from 8am to 5pm. When i went to the main office unknowingly she spoke to me rudely and told me she had called. They couldnt even leave me a message and let me know so i wouldnt waste my time the following day. If any willing to rent in those apartments reads this, then my recommendation to you is to find a better place, because it seems noone here can give you a straight answer and what's more they look down on people. So there you have it guys find a better place, the neighborhood and apartments may seem pretty but read the comments that other people posted and you'll see."
