"I recently moved in and since the very beginning the experience with the team have amazing, first Ana Maria went above and beyond to assist me with the whole process and made it super mega easy for me! Then Edwin De la Hoz (the association manager) has been incredible helpful and flexible with me and the moving process, he is always available and ready to assist in any ways, he is creating a fantastic team, Denis from the front desk always calls you by your name and make you feel at home even over the phone or in person, he always goes out oír his way to better help you and the same thing I can say about George and his security team, I’m so happy to live here, specially because I know the difference in having a terrible experience with other building’s management, Im proud to say that I made a great decision by moving here, the team is awesome thank you for that guys!"

"Firstly, the pool has been broken for almost a year, which is unacceptable. Residents pay a premium for amenities like this, and it's disappointing that they haven't been able to enjoy it for such a long time. Secondly, the gym sounds like it's in poor condition. If it's dusty, dark,smells bad and old, it's not a pleasant environment for residents to exercise in. It's also a health hazard if the equipment isn't being properly maintained. at 11pm they locking the doors!!!! Thirdly, the gates always not working is a major security concern. It puts residents at risk of unauthorized entry and potentially even theft or harm. Overall, it's clear that the management office is not doing a good job of maintaining the building and ensuring that residents have a good living experience. I would not recommend this building to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe living environment. They just looking to charge extra and be annoying"

"I’ve lived in Miami for over 10 years , and I’ve never lived in such a horrible building , please everyone do you’re research before moving in here. The building staff is very unorganized and disrespectful from the first day we moved in. They demanded we payed for visitors parking on a handicap parking no where near the handicap parking does it say we have to pay , my husband suffered a severe motorcycle accident and there’s not type of respect here they bashed our car with over 6 stickers all placed at the same time @10:04 pm . That is very unnecessary a simple sticker and a warning email is enough , my husband spoke to the security’s and they told us that the manager gave them instructions to place stickers all over the vehicle , this is out of control and I wish I could brake my contract and move out .every one here is so rude you can’t even ask a question without getting attacked."
