"Building is in a great location and nice but the managing company is terrible. All locks are electronic and either app or key fob activated. Half the gates don’t work and the doors don’t all lock or unlock. Seems like they don’t plan on doing anything about it either"
"Just waited 30 minutes for a tour before leaving. We arrived at 955 for our 10 am tour, and the leasing agent hadn’t arrived yet. No contact was made while we were sitting in the lobby. Receptionist was extremely nice and it wasn’t her fault. Clearly someone dropped the ball and I would not want to live here if this was my point of contact for services in my apartment. Also future resident parking was full when we were the first tour of the day and we were told to pay for parking. Bad look overall!"
"This place touts itself as luxury but it’s anything but that. We were one of the first tenants in April 2021 but this building has since been sold to Altman, a management group notorious for cutting corners. The 5 star reviews are clearly purchased from nonresidents because they make no reference to the reality here in this shoddy apartment building. Once you look past the façade, you’ll quickly see a poorly built, even more poorly maintained building. This place will, at first, appear amazing. But in reality it is cheap and maintained by people who could not care less about your convenience or safety. To cut to the chase: this place is overpriced for how little you get out of it. You live across the street from the county jail and will encounter the worst human beings South Florida has to offer. For example: - The doors rarely work. I mean that your key fob will not allow you access to the building via certain doors because of what I assume is incompetence. - Other doors straight up do not lock which leads to incidents like drunken homeless people passing out in the lobby. - The building’s elevators have not been properly inspected in over a year. Tenants regularly joke about falling several floors while riding them and you can expect at least one elevator to be out of commission each week. - The newest tenants here are violent, angry drunks. They throw ragers that are obnoxious at best which prohibit your peaceful use of amenities. - Other tenants are outright racist and homophobic that use slurs as they attempt to start fights over the smallest perceived slights. - If you’re a pet owner: you may be tricked into believing the courtyard is a dog park as we were. The reality is that you will be met with hostility by your incompetent landlords while having other ignorant dog owners act dumbfounded by their own stupidity. They believe their tiny dog is infallible and does not belong on a leash, even within the building. I could go on with reasons not to live here but, long story short, you can spend your money much more wisely literally anywhere else. Just be weary of the 5 star reviews. There are a lot of wannabe influencers (read: delusional) who live in this building that are clearly being incentivized to write positive things about a building that 9/10 residents otherwise complain about on a daily basis. Anyone who writes a 5 star review because their maintenance issues were resolved quickly is ignoring the fact that there shouldn’t be a need for multiple maintenance requests in a building that is barely 3 years old."
"Got my apartments today. Can’t Thanks enough to Marilyn for helping me with all the lease applications. She were really nice and kind and always answer all the questions I have. Marilyn made my move in easy and quick, she explained every single detail. I already fall in love with the view that I can see a lot of boats passing by from my balcony and the river walk is a plus."
"Great building with updated amenities like the pool, gym and sauna. My favorite part is the amazing views of Fort Lauderdale. Pedro is a top notch maintenance employee."
