They go out of their way to make you feel like family, and take all of your concerns seriously and address them in an expediently manner. I had a small issue regrading my rent and Mr. Michael Hernandez rectified the problem in short order! He is just but one of many professionals ready to help you feel right at home. I recommend the Osprey Apartment if you love peace and quite without drama this is the place for you!"

"I lived here for a year and have a lot of mixed experiences. Pros: The maintenance staff is extremely nice, the apartment was spacious, the area was well-kept. However, while here I had to deal with roaches that came from an adjacent unit for about 5 months. Pest control didn't do much, I ended up buying my own products. It was the worst apartment experience I've had. Another problem was neighbors, there were many times when people would play extremely loud music until 2am. It is also overpriced and lacks amenities."

"Maintenance team is always quick to respond to any issues. Franklin was super thorough and detailed in fixing the water heater issues, made sure there was clean hot water. He was polite and professional! 100%"

"Be aware do not move here. When you first move in everything seems to be working fine but 2 weeks later u be having issues.They say that the unit is supposed to be remodeled, but is not remodeled.The paint job on the walls are terrible. Water stains everywhere in the ceiling and wall, they have Plumbing issues. Everything in the unit needs to be remodeled and the staff members that works in the office are very rude and disrespectful."
