Sunset Place Apartments

"don’t waste your time doing a Application at these nasty apartments. The management that has taken over now don’t even know what they’re doing when you do a application they take your money approve you and then sit on it for over a month and then you have to keep calling them. They have the nerve they want somebody to pay $1800 a month for two bedroom and this nasty apartments so if you look at these apartments, keep looking, don’t move here now they want the tenant to pay water and sewer"

"The place has debris piled up in the far corner the management personnel is very rude the apartment where I stayed needed work on the toilet and the mold that's in the vanity cabinet I would not recommend this place to anyone"

"I dont recommend staying here, we are constantly being harassed for no reason. Patty never answers the phone nor emails and she suppose to be management. I dont even feel comfortable in my own home"

"If you want a daily dose of roaches and termites then run like heck away from Sunset Place. The laundry facilities are in poor shape. Nothing but soccer for kids. No playground or basketball. The roaches run the place. The stairs are nasty. My a/c unit was too big and made my FPL bill $75 extra per month. Capital Management is using the residents to pay management's water bill. This place is shady due to the large amount of illegal immigrants."
