"I just moved out of the building after 1 year lease. I set up my move in date in advanced and when I got there the apartment was not ready. Not painted, blinds broken, dirty and leasing office nowhere to be found. My moving crew needed to wait for a few hours to get things moved in. They painted while I was moved in but never fixed blinds or broken cabinets. I needed to clean myself. Several repair requests were filed and only excuses of “we are ordering parts” were given. My move out date came and tried to contact the HOA to reserve the move out date and got no answer. I left voice messages several days in advanced. No calls back. I walked down to the HOA on working hours and the office was closed. I moved out and left the apartment cleaner than when I got it. I reached out the leasing office to get the deposit back but they responded with a “painting and cleaning” fee suspiciously close to the security deposit amount and a broken elevator button fee that I never broke. Also, super rude email btw. When I stated I gave back the apartment cleaner than when i got it, they said I moved out without reserving the date with the HOA. When I explained I reached out to the HOA in advanced, but not got a called back and also that I never broke any button, they just stopped replying to my messages. Abusive methods of keeping deposite money. Been told same story by other people living there. Sadly had to stay for 1 year. Glad im out. Terrible leasing employees."

"The new manager Christine Perez Mendez is the best, I did a tour with her, she is a very good hostess and fun.I was not bored at all, very professional and a good, very sweet and kind customer service. I loved the property, the pool, the roof and the gym are very nice, the location in the downtown is spectacular. I loved watching and listening to the train. Everything is very nice and charming. I recommend it."
