"The apartments are filled with roaches, even the remodeled ones. I rented a remodeled one that had mold and it smelt so horrible, and the roaches would come in from the outside. The rent is extremely expensive for the quality of apartments."

"Dangerous place, called the office multiple times to break my lease because my safety is in jeopardy and they won’t call me back to help. I even provided them 2 police reports and a no contact order. Disgusting. The places they haven’t renovated either and are nasty and smell bad. I’m outraged. I also have enough evidence to sue the company so please break my lease without charge or I’ll take legal action."

"The old company wasn't that good. This brand new company that bought this this year. They're really amazing. They truly care. You have a problem. Even the property manager herself comes over and make sure everything is okay. I am very happy to be living here and the staff here is great. Maintenance is good too. I'm very glad we chose to stay with them and I'm just really happy overall and they are truly caring people."

"Best prices you can get for this area. I've been a resident for a few years now and it's been a great experience. The maintenance guys are so nice and friendly. Thanks to them for keeping this community in great shape. Also no giant trash pile like most apartment complexes. I will say our bike was stolen but that's also because it wasn't locked up. So just be smart and realize you live in south Florida."

"It's beautiful here we got a lake with all kinds of exotic birds that come from all over world I've never seen before, they have a good management team and did I mention the place is quiet it's the quiet place I've ever lived in my entire life the apartments are roomy there's nobody living above you and you've got your own attic space 2 along with the full size laundry room full-size hot water heater you don't have to wait for hot water to get to the bathroom it's right on the other side of the shower so it's instant, the space in front of your apartment next to your patio where you can make it as nice as you want. I think I did a pretty good job... And the new management is outstanding"
