"Mediocre living. They have a serious parking issue which management refuses to address. Expect to park 3 buildings away and hike to your apartment. If you want to have a guest over they are limited to only 7 times per month after 10pm. The gate has been broken longer than it has worked so anyone can just come in. Loud kids from neighboring streets have broken into the pool area and have been trespassed but repeatedly come back. If you live on the side of buildings 4-6 expect to hear Spanish music and partying at all hours of the night."

"I love living here. Everyone is so nice. The office staff is so helpful and Leslie is awsome. The apartment itself is great. The area surrounding the building is great for my kids. I would recommend this place to friends."

"This place looks like Heaven but living here feels like Hell. They rented me a roach-infested apartment in December with a full-on roach nest behind the refrigerator and roaches coming out of the drains, cabinets, etc. The kitchen and appliances are un-usable…and even if they weren’t roach infested, none of them work anyway. In 20+ years of renting, I’ve never been rented a roach infested apartment nor have I ever dealt with such incompetent, unprofessional, and negligent management. My parents and family members are all landlords in another state and they are disturbed and appalled at the horrific condition in which this management company turned over this apartment to me. Asset Living literally does nothing to prepare the apartments for move-in. Everything was filthy. My neighbors say the same thing. Plus, the pest control guy and the trash valet people all know of the pest problems in this building (but management keeps telling me they didn’t know). This management company failed to do their due diligence before I moved in and didn’t clean or change out roach-infested and malfunctioning/ruined appliances etc. Then, when I told them of the pest issue the first day, they sat around and didn’t try to do anything to ERADICATE the problem until weeks later. The only solution they offered me are solutions that are just going to cost me more time and money and time off work (and they aren’t paying my expenses). They have the audacity to act like they are doing me a favor (like this is my problem) when everyone agrees that this is something that should've been taken care of BEFORE I moved in. This place is only 3 years old and the units are already in complete disrepair. Management is a joke. So, if you are looking for a clean dwelling that is in an inhabitable living condition AND you care about your energy (time, money, sanity, health, pet’s health, family’s health, etc) then I recommend you rent elsewhere. This place has done nothing but cause me mental, emotional, physical and financial energy drain. I don’t want anyone else to go through what I’ve been through. I was looking for peace and all I got was pests. Ive killed 5-50 roaches per day and threw out half my stuff already. I’ve literally cried myself to sleep most nights since I’ve been here. I came here to be more productive in business and work… and I’ve been much less productive (exhausted and stressed out). I’ve done nothing but take losses here. Save yourself."

"I typically never write reviews, but this living experience was absolutely hell so I have to share. It is worth reading. I lived at this apartment complex for a year. The property manager Stephanie is nothing but rude, selfish and has no business being in customer service. The rest of the staff was always rude and never cared to help either. I had neighbors who harassed me to the point where I had almost been evicted!! My neighbors were nothing but manipulative miserable people who just wanted to try and ruin someone’s life which happened to be mine since I lived across from them. I never even had a conversation with these people, they constantly set me up to make me look bad and would call the property manager making things up. The property manager never called me to talk to me or tell me that they were calling about god knows what. Two months in I had an eviction letter on my door. I had video footage of them clearly being the issue, but none of that mattered. There was no support what so ever. I fought the eviction and was able to stay while basically walking on eggshells because the property manager told me it was my “last chance.” Lol Anyways, if that’s not enough. A couple other things, if you want to have a guest stay for longer than a week good luck. My friends have gotten towed multiple times out of this parking lot EVEN with a pass. The people who do the parking is a separate company and they pay no attention when checking the cars. But if they mess up and still get it towed you still have to pay!!! The leasing office will do nothing at all to help because they can’t. Not to mention the towing company will do anything to keep the car as long as they can. If you have late registration or anything of that matter you won’t be able to get your car out. Trust me this happened to a lot of my friends. And you only have a certain amount of days per month guests can park their car. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Another thing, the pool was always closed the amenities never work and if you want peace that will not happen since they are always leaf blowing or doing something while you are trying to relax. The ONLY shoutout I can give to this entire apartment complex is the maintenance because they were nothing but nice and helpful whenever I needed anything. I had to go to them separately since the leasing office could never help."
