"I’ve been out of this complex for almost 2 years now. I am STILL waiting for my deposit back. I call the office to get a status and they continue to hang up the phone or not answer the phone. Send email for status, as well no reply. It is very difficult to reach out to the complex. Can’t speak to management and corporate information was not given correctly. UPDATE: 08/16/2023. They have confirmed that they have my corrected address. Reported to corporate and I STIll don’t have my deposit. I am very disappointed as I was a great resident; who left the place in great condition. UPDATE: 10/04/2023. New management is in. I spoke with Rosa new property manager. Provided my address for their records again. I call the office for an update. No one picks up or my favorite they disconnect the line; hoping YOU don’t call again. I also have sent a follow up email for a status. No REPLY. This is not how business is done. Legally in the state of Florida; security deposits should be returned within 15 days of moving out. It’s been passed this time. Mind you I left the apartment in GREAT condition that’s why I am eligible for my FULL reimbursement and even then, they make such a good resident go thru this hassle! UPDATE: October 13 2023. REGIONAL MANAGER IN OFFICE. Called and was informed they would call me back SAME day with resolution. That was Friday … called Friday afternoon when no one called me back … no one picked up the phone. ***Minimum with a status. UPDATE 10/17/2023: Today is Tuesday. Reached out to the office again to attempt to get my own resolution. No one is picking up the calls phone rings and rings. 3 separate call attempts. UPDATE 10/17/2023: No one picks up the phone so I was going to the office while I called to see what is happening in this office. Angel picked up. Inquired who this was. He said MAINTENANCE!!!! He picked up because he kept hearing the phones. I knew there was nothing he could help even tho he tried. I went to the office as original planned Nathalie who is front desk is outside of the office making private calls and inside doing personal call. She then told me she wasnt having me. After all she’s been through. I just need a status and someone higher up, but I can’t tell her because she has made up her mind. That she’s not helping me. She tells me no one wants to tell me I GET NO DEPOSIT BACK!!! first of all I have a letter from the company saying one is due to me and second, Florida law- landlord/complex must return security deposit within 15 days of move out with letter of any damages and deductions; that was not completed therefore by law I am eligible for my full deposit back. Angel then told me to come back tomorrow because the regional manager will be available. I want to sincerely thank Angel for pickin up the phone and for willing to assist in my issue. "I have been here for a little over a year now. Don't let them fool you, they cut the grass every week to make it look good, but This place sucks. I am now building a case with Orange County Code Enforcement.There is water always leaking from my baseboards, no one ever answers the phone. I actually had emergency assistance help me and they took the money and changed management. No one ever came out to fix the leaking water until 2days ago. They didn't even fix it, the plumber rerouted the water to flow under my apartment. But now my baseboards and walls are turning brown from the mildew. I have kept all records of maintenance request every time I go to the office I take a picture. I have pictures of the big hole they made behind my refrigerator and every video of me coming home to a flooded apartment."

"I've been living here for over a year and a half and still am unable to use the amenities that im paying for(pool, laundry mat) MC service is atrocious and when we first had moved in, we had to call the state for the conditions they had us live in (rat/rodent infestation, roach infestation, mold growing even before we moved in) overall, if you are looking to get an apartment here, look elsewhere. They had raised the rent to what is not worth the experience, they are way better places in orlando. Me and my roommate currently have everyright to sue and demand every cent back for the trouble we went through while living here, please heed my warning before moving here, you won't regret it."

"First off when I moved into the apt in sept 2021 it took several weeks for the leasing office to review and approve my application. Second off once I finally saw the apt highly disappointed claims to be renovated but all they did was paint over the problems, i.e the cabinets. The shower head wasn’t installed correctly it’s just hanging off the wall, had maintenance take a look and they said their going to leave it due to it not being an urgent manner. The gate at the front doesn’t work, so you have people just walking around the apts 24/7, if your apartment is located in the front you’ll hear the clanging from each car that passes over the gate. Why have gate that causes so much noise if doesn’t work. When I moved in they told me about the laundry faculties, once it was finally time to wash my clothes all the facilities are closed, (currently still closed in April 2022)with the machines removed. Asked when they would be put back in their leasing agent Sandra had no idea. In the beginning they were using a pckg company called fetch in order to prevent pckgs from being stolen. It was fantastic, but of course they took that away and didn’t replace it with anything else. I myself ended up having a package worth over 300$ stolen and when I asked the leasing office what to do, all they can say was they are not responsible for stolen packages. Terrible customer service on every level. There’s loud music being played friday-Sunday, trash left all along hallways and outside the dumpsters, at least once every 2weeks there’s an issue with the plumbing, residents leave their dog poop all over. DO NOT MOVE HERE CAUSES YOU MORE PROBLEMS THAN ITS WORTH!!!"

"If I could give this place negative starts I would. Let’s start with the fact that I was delayed to move in because my apartment was being worked on and “renovated” the kitchen cabinets were painted over and lop sided, the caulking was never one in the kitchen or bathroom, water bubbles in the ceiling. They shut the water off for like 2 hours then send a text or no text at all. There is a shoot out almost every other day, so when they safe they are LYING! Not safe at all. The gates in this “gated community” haven’t been operational in years, maintenance is a joke! The security guy that was patrolling the neighborhood got replaced because he was caught looking into peoples cars and trying to open the doors but that’s okay because they are here to “protect us”. Roaches are horrible and they are only fumigating apartments after they are vacant. My apartment was broken into before me moving in and do you think they replaced the door and molding? No. And on top of that New staff in the office is rude"
