"Luis was amazing and so grateful for his professionalism. Everything is perfect and he is very thorough and detailed with his work."
"Where can I start about this place… first off, if you’re thinking about moving here, just know, the photos of the apartments advertised are NOT how the apartments look. I moved in to a disgusting apartment. Walls were black, carpet has stains and smelled bad, vinyl floors have water damage and are peeling and lifting and no matter how much you sweep and mop, the floors are still dirty. Maintenance men are lazy and never fix any of the problems you call them for. They find the quickest temporary fix and leave. It took months of me putting in requests literally every week about my AC before a new one was finally installed. I dealt with hot sweaty days and nights with no AC and water leaking and flooding my floors over and over before they did anything. And even after that, my AC still gives me problems. The vinyl floors in the bathroom have water damage and are lifting, and when someone finally came to look at it, the guy put CAULKING all underneath it and stuck the vinyl back down!! They charge wayyyyyy too much for these apartments. It’s ridiculous. Almost $1800 for a tiny old disgusting apartment. And still, till this day, maintenance has not fixed anything since I moved in 8-9 months ago. We started trying to fix things ourselves. The laundry rooms are terrible, but they’ll show you the laundry room next to the front office since that’s the one they TRY to keep looking the best to show potential tenants. But still, you’ll wash your loads only to find out none of the dryers work. I have issues every single time I try to wash clothes. It’s frustrating to say the least. Oh and if you have kids, make sure they don’t use chalk around the building because they’ll say it’s vandalism and fine you. They’ll fine you for every little thing they can find.. The roaches are another story. The amount of negative things I can say about this neighborhood is way too much to even write. So I’ll wrap it up here. We will not be renewing our lease. I cannot wait to leave this place."
"Today I had a little leak in my bathroom & they originally sent an older gentlemen who I tried explaining that the previous night I had and over flow and the maintenance person who came told me to explain to this older gentleman or whoever was coming that valve needed to be replaced he insisted that it wasn’t leaking and sure enough when he went to tighten the valve water came out of every where that when Luis was called and saved the day he took his time and made sure there wasn’t any further leakage fixed what he needed to correctly and vacuumed up all the water cause the night before the gentleman didn’t and we had to do it ourselves thank you again Luis your work was much appreciated!!"
"Honestly, I walked through the model with my grandma and I thought okay my first apartment , small but it will work. It did not work. I had to live my first few weeks at the apartment with no hot water, my drain was clogged, my a/c stopped working, and my apartment was infested with roaches. And, not to mention, I walked the apartment after I had signed the lease because apparently "they were still cleaning" when they told me it'd be ready at a certain time. When I walked through the apartment for the first time, there were bugs, there was hair underneath dried pain, the shower was painted and there was hair underneath the paint. It was disgusting. I was told I was getting a newly cleaned apartment and I got hair under paint. I signed my lease in august, it's October and I have mold growing on my cabinets now. I have 2 cats we cannot be breathing this air. I cannot wait to leave this apartment. And they’re still trying to charge me for leaving even after all of these issues!! This is basically scamming at this point. I rented an apartment that hadn’t been cleaned like they said, had a pest infestation, no hot water, and a clogged drain because my bathtub was painted. Like what? How can you move someone into an apartment with these conditions??"
"I haven't very many good things to say about this place. I visited and got excited about staying there. I paid a 200 deposit and filled out the application. I was accepted. I thought it was odd because I was up front that I had 3 dogs. The company allows 2 pets. But they accepted me. I went in to fill out the lease and get keys. I asked about my dogs because they were not on the lease. They seemed confused and checked their computer. It seems they didn't even see the dogs when they accepted me. I was told that i would get the 200 dollars back but when i called about it they said no. I was now without a place to live and officially out 200 dollars. I do not recommend."
