"DO NOT MOVE HERE! RUN FAST AWAY…. Been living here 2 years and they done switched property managers 7 times! The apartment complex has mold they don’t fix nothing but want you to pay rent smh..The maintenance men they hiring all smoke crack and half of them quit like the managers. Pool been broke since I lived here the new manager Monica smokes crack and don’t care about her tenants she is bout dumb as a door knob. This place is a dumb do t apply here it’s not worth it!!!"

"Roach motel, completely infested. AC need replacing, one of the maintenance men quit because he said he couldn’t work for a place that won’t fix the tenants AC, he told them several times to replace it and for months my children and I lived in a boiling apartment. All they did was add Freon it runs out in two days. Leak in kitchen/bath/AC & mold, they say they changed management but the same people in the office who are rude. But the office AC is working always! How about me and my kids come to the office everyday till they fix the AC. Ugly carpet looks like vomit. Shower floors without drain covers, patio doors don’t fully close! Major electrical issues, people have had small fires in their apartments! You deserve better find another place!"

"I would leave negative stars if I could! TOXIC MOLD IN WHOLE COMPLEX! People are getting very sick and nobody can fix it apparently. Fire department comes often w ambulance. Animals get sick too. BEWARE!!"

"If you enjoy shady tenants, bugs of every variety and unidentifiable smells, this is the spot for you! The only place worse than this in the Goldenrod area is the Sun Bay apartments right next door. If your financial situation has somehow forced you to temporarily reside here.... get a tetanus shot 1st."

"update, for the past 5 years I've put in countless repair orders to have my ac which leaks and heat that does not work at all replace. only to see my apt skip over time and time again. it seems you have to be of Latino heritage to get anything in here. even pest control control just pass you by and swear they did work. black mold, pest, leaky ac and no heat for five years how much can I take or is that the game. Having my apt skip over time and time again. it here for 8 years ever since I became disabled. In the past five years no heat, ac floods strong mold smell, favoritism towards managers friends & relatives. Shouting at tenants just for asking questions. Tossing paperwork at you like your a dog. Coming in to apt. Screaming they will evict you for having lock on inside bedroom door. Only reason extra lock is because of heart equipment After my heart surgery told relative could not visit over night but gave special permission to neighbors with sickness which prompted several people to move in. When I ask if they could stop double parking their cars told by mangers to find somewhere else to park. Had to park on other side of complex. Haven't received pest control in over three years. When you ask again screaming occurs on management's part when going for lease renewal all paperwork they received from me gets lost. Including bank statements ssi information then three weeks later they put note on my door to Resubmit it again. When you ask for maintenance after six months work order is marked completed but no work has been done, called number on office door the other day told by lady on phone in harsh tone not to call again. It seems like they're trying to force out tenants to make room for people they deem more thier kind. Why do I put up with it. 66 years old congestive heart failure and no where to go.this is after being told by my doctors environment is bad for me . Was even told by inspector that my ac & heating unit needed to be replace and he would tell office, what happen managers friends and family got new units that's been three years ago. Seems like this apartment complex is only for friends and family. I totally understand what's going on with balconies and accept it. But this so called apartment complex managers makes it so hard on a select group of tenants. sad to see neighbors receiving new cabinets. floors redone, bathroom tubs refinish and paint furnished by managers. told I didn't qualify for any upgrades seeing I live in a so called low income unit notice only management friends and family receiving new units."
