"Property manager is very unresponsive. You have to alway follow up with him as he will not follow up with you on work orders. I have several service requests since 8/22. Friday, 9/8, I called him and he assured me someone would be out first thing this morning. I called the office when no one came and they assured me someone would be right over but once again. Nothing! Over the weekend my bathroom flooded and this could have been prevented. I have asked for their manager’s information so I could escalate this and I haven’t heard back. I love my neighbors but the office is terrible. The previous manager, Hector, was wonderful! Maintence guys are nice too."

"I've had nothing but a positive experience since moving in. Maria and Alejandro are great professionals. Every encounter has been a delight and they always address all my questions and concerns. My apartment was clean with no issues since I moved in. The small quick maintenance requests were completed swiftly and well. The onsite maintenance personnel are friendly and professional. The community is constantly kept clean as well as the trash areas. The neighborhood provides good walking space specially if you have a dog, with frequent poop bag stations around. Parking is never an issue. Packages are always delivered to my door or mailbox, no issues. Overall, I am very pleased would recommend the neighborhood."

She picked up the phone when I called to inquire and answered all my question. My process for applying went smoothly and fast. When I arrived at the apartment I did face some maintenance issues which were resolved quickly by Lee and other maintenance staff. Lee is very friendly! I would recommend this property if you are looking for a safe and attentive community!"

"It was love at first sight. Maria and Alejandro assisted my husband and I the best way possible to accommodate our needs. The property is very clean, the staff is wonderful, the maintenance is prompt, and our apartment is perfect. We love that it’s a one stop shop community; integrated with a fitness center, laundry, club house, pool and grill area. Not to mention a tennis court, playground, dog park, and endless shopping plazas. Everything is identical to the pictures and videos online. I would recommend to anyone that wants a quiet, affordable, and luxurious feel of a residential apartment community. This where you want to be. Ps. Most importantly to us, no bugs or rodents."
