"The back entrance from 436 is closed with a gate to the public. The narrow entrances from Howell Branch have no gates. The speed limit is about 15 miles an hour with speed bumps and a few potholes. The older small houses are packed like sardines. Most yards are not kept up that well. Each place has parking for two cars only. No place for guests to park at all."

"I rarely leave reviews but as a resident of this place for over 6 years now I feel like it’s well deserved. The place is always kept clean, the leasing staff are super helpful, and the maintenance is always there when you need them. There have been recent renovations to the apartments and gym center that look amazing! During the week there are food trucks that come by with a great variety of food for people like myself who don’t feel up to cooking that night. Overall I’ve had a great experience here and would give the place 10 stars if I could. I hope future residents find this helpful ❤️"
"I relocated from NJ for work in late June. I wanted a place that was close to my family & my job. Stonecastle was my 1st choice. Samantha helped to make the leasing process wonderful & easy while doing everything virtually. When it came time to move in, Abdiel Pena was amazing with helping me get settled & made sure the apartment needs were met! All service requests were promptly addressed and the maintenance staff are really nice too. I’m made to feel appreciated and welcomed as a new member of the community… which is really nice to realize. Stonecastle is a gated community, has a large pond with a fountain & a walking path around it as well. I have to say, I’m happy living here!"
