"Terrible. Do not believe all of these 5 star reviews. They're all made by management/management's employees. Notice how they are all made at the same time, and all praise management and the community? Tuscany Villas is horrendous. Usually it's nice when a management company is a bit lenient on rules, but this is atrocious. Tenants have multiple vehicles taking up parking lot, constant cigarette and weed smoke can be smelled all hours of the day/night. Overflowing dumpster. Apartments are NOT "new and remodeled." The list goes on and on. DO NOT move here."

"This was a wonderful complex at a great price until Atrium Management Company took over... then we couldn’t get out fast enough. Within 2 months everything was overgrown, trash was everywhere and no kind of pest control or maintenance was happening at all. They are never on the property and are impossible to contact for anything. We went weeks without A/C in 90° weather with our baby living there. They are disorganized- claiming rent wasn’t paid on time (to multiple residents) when it was, then harassing us with texts and notices for weeks when we had already sent proof from our bank that the check was processed and on time. I had to remind them multiple times of our move out date and again had to contact them multiple times when they were late returning our deposit. The apartment units themselves were nice enough and I think they are starting to remodel the inside of some units. The only amenity is a small pool that when we left wasn’t being kept up and was “closed” after a visit from the state inspector. I would only move here if it’s available for an amazing deal and you’re looking to save money otherwise you can get much more for your money elsewhere and not have to deal with the awful new management."

"Do not let the new and improved signs and these other fake 5 star reviews fool you. The windows here are paper thin and do not provide any insulation from the temperature or noise. Being right off of goldenrod, there is nonstop traffic noise and the sounds of sirens from the fire station down the road. You can hear any conversation that is happening outside word for word. The management does nothing about people having multiple cars in the parking lot that never move and take up multiple spaces. It takes forever to get any maintenance done as well. The non smoking policy is not enforced and the complex always smells of weed and cigarettes. The apartment was hardly "cleaned" when moving in. If none of the above bothers you, then by all means, go ahead and live here. But look forward to sleepless nights."
