"This apartment complex falls short on various fronts. The persistent unavailability of the lease office, combined with the overwhelming weed and cigarette odors, creates an unpleasant living environment. The widespread roach infestation, extending to outlets and appliances, indicates significant hygiene issues. The frequent staff turnover and lack of resident engagement contribute to a sense of neglect. Poor communication and a consistently full, broken trash compactor add to the frustration. The prevalence of domestic disputes, physical altercations, and ongoing drug deals in the parking lots raises serious safety concerns. Additionally, the inadequate pet waste facilities and mailbox thefts further detract from the overall living experience. It only deserves 1 star for being close to the interstate."

"Applied for an apartment online, paid the $90 application fee and now I can’t get ahold of anyone and no one has reached out to me to let me know if I’m approved or not! I can’t get anyone to answer when I call and can’t leave a message because it says voice mailbox is full. Completely scammed me and I want my money back! I will be contacting authorities about this scam!"

Retreat at Valencia is a quiet community with everyone keeping to theirselves, located in a not so busy area. I am happy to call this community my home!"

"This place is by far comforting, and a peace of mind. The application process was very detailed and easy to complete, the neighborhood is very quiet, but most importantly the Staff is AMAZING! I haven’t had the privilege of meeting everyone that keeps the community immaculate, but the few I have come into contact with such as Jordan, Kim, and Alicia…… are all SUPERB! They all conduct business in a timely manner focusing on detail, each one of them has a great way of making me feel as if I was the only tenant with concerns. They are very empathetic, and are very professional, but yet passionate about their line of work. I know the higher up management has to be outstanding to have such a qualified team with so much integrity. If you are looking for a beautiful place, that is not noisy, with nice amenities then this is definitely it."
