"We've been living here for 15 years and for the first time Ruben the maintenance guy spoke proper English and explain the situation that needed to be fixed, apologize that it could take some time for the part to come in that needed to be ordered, he explained that the maintenance manager was out sick and that he would let our community management know about the situation of not having hot water in our kitchen, I was so impressed with Reuben and his honesty. I asked him if there was an assistant maintenance manager and his reply was no not at the moment. Which was a shocking surprise to me especially for such a big community the responsibility should not be held for one person when it comes to ordering supplies for the apartments complex, everything should be stocked and available and ready to fix when an order comes in for maintenance to fix even if it's for a simple water faucet, an assistant maintenance manager should be available at all times, especially if the first manager is on vacation or out sick. Thank you Ruben for being so honest and sufficient to our maintenance needs you did an amazing job, Also when you came over to fix our stove last week, we truly appreciate you being part of the osprey Links family. "I would like to start off saying that the people that work here are truly genuine, from the office to maintenance, everyone is so friendly. The amenities make feel like you’re at a resort. Being located right on colonial has pros and cons however, i think it’s necessary to implement a main gate and security cameras regardless of the budget which surprises me that it hasn’t been taken into account yet by corporate. Everyone is very welcoming so far and the staff deserves the best rating. It’s just time for the corporate team to take more accountability."

"My review is based on the area and complex itself. I've had issues while living here and have brought them up to management, and for the most part, were resolved. Krysta has been accommodating, and Eduardo has been helpful. However, what put the icing on the cake for me is my car rim being stolen yesterday. There seems to be an issue with attempted robberies from the other reviews listed from other tenants who live here at the Baldwin, which is quite concerning for the amount of rent we pay to live here. Not happy at all with this occurring, right with my car parked outside my balcony. I deeply suggest the property owners taking into consideration providing cameras facing the parking lots or providing us tenants with a closed gate. When filing a police report, this type of assistance would help us tenants feel more safe."

"Beautiful apartments and the office is very helpful and welcoming. I had troubles with a package and they took the time to help me track it while the carrier who misplaced it took no responsibility in helping me. Thank you ladies, I appreciate your kind assistance. I love living here and recommend any others looking for quality living."

"My car has been attempted to be broken into four times visiting here. Maintenance team is responsive but misleading about doing repairs unless you fill out a maintenance request. The maintenance people have been dismissive and rude. We have had multiple bikes and other things stolen because there are no security measures in place. The homeless people and whoever else can just come in and do whatever they want. They have pest control issues ( roaches). It’s supposed to be a smoke free complex but many people here smoke pot so you can smell it around the complex even had one resident light a joint at the pool while my kids were there. The mulch around the complex is so old and waterlogged due to bad irrigation systems mold grows everywhere"
