"Ok they take $100 dollars for an application, then they give me the application to fill out and I wait 1 week because the person who is a receptionist named Megan tells me that I have to wait until she is available. Then next week I give her my application and two days later she tells me that she lost the papers and she doesn't know where they are. Then I go back another week and ask her for the application and she tells me to fill it out again. Then she tells me that she is doing the background check and the credit report and that she doesn't want to read the system. After that happens I wait another week and the person never calls me back and I have to call her and she says she will call me back. Don't live here or fill out application the person doesn't care if you need. She is irresponsible."

"I don't recommend this place! You have to pay for even go to the pool, and the worst thing, the lady in the office don't even tell you about anything! They say "we have privacy" and 2 months later she come in to your apartment, without knocking the door. Like I read in another page about this place. She's going to be SUPER nice to you, but then she start to bother you everytime. I can't wait to leave this place. PS: roaches everywhere."

"This place was $900 for a 2br 6 months ago when my friend moved in and now they increased her rent by $300 totalling $1,200 bucks a month...which she can't even afford with her 2 kids, now she is living with her friend and her friends kids in a 1br apartment which is insane. How can places like this increase the rent so freaking much after 6 months. Personally I've been here to this place and by all means it isn't in anyway worth $1,200 a month. This place needs a major face lift before it try to charge a ridiculous amount of money like that...i mean the only thing it has to offer is a crappy swimming pool. Which my neighbors pool is bigger. Crappy parking, crappy roads, with a mountain size speed bump, good luck if you have a lowered vehicle. The apartments to the back faces a ditch with 408 traffic in your front door. The stairs going to the second floor feels like it will crumble under your feet, the air conditioning was terrible. I mean I can go on and on why this place is NOT worth $1,200 bucks a month. Bottom line is they did my friend wrong and now she is homeless with 2 kids and that is so wrong of this place to have done that. If anyone is thinking of moving here they better know what they are getting themselves into...UPDATE!!! 10/02/2017 Now her credit is ruined because of this place and unable to get a more reasonable place to live. This was a life destroying place to have ever moved in."
