"Pacifico place cancel my appointment and they're trying to keep my money I will never recommend anybody to stay there is the most horriblest place in the world they try to screw their customers out of their security deposit and then they want to give you half it's not a recommendation do not go to this place it is an awful motel to go to I do not recommend this place at all they're rude rude and socially unacceptable this place gets z+ Plus on the alphabet scale from a to z. Z AVOID AT ALL COSTS. YOUR'S !!!!!"

"This place is trash, the amenities are horrible. All maintenance is a temporary fix. They continue to raise the rent year after year but don't want fix or replace what needs to be done. I have paint chipping in my bath tubs, on my counters (yes my counters) mold around the window seals because the windows don't properly close. The carpet is old and ran down The cockroaches are out of control, the a.c. is always breaking down. Gaps in the windows and doors making the electric bill go up. I pay almost a $1000. A month for this trash and they just keep raising the rent and ignore all the issues. Yes i could move, but why should i have too, Why shouldnt they be held responsible as a business. We sign a lease and if we break that lease we get penalized wether it's our credit, court, ECT. So if they are not maintaining these apartments why should we have to pay them their rent, I agree to pay you your rent every month but you can't maintain my Home? Sounds like I'm getting robbed!! Most places when you resign your lease you get some type of amenitie I have got nothing no carpet cleaning, no touch up paint, no energy saving light bulbs NOTHING!!! THEY JUST WANT TO KEEP TAKING PEOPLES MONEY!! Idont know why this place has not been shut down yet or why the BBB has not been involved or why the health department is not involved. We as residents need to start making these calls and STOP letting them rob us of our hard working money. We should not have to live in these conditions for the amount of money we are all paying. #justiceforthehardworkingpeople✊"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. Iam on thin ice with this place and calling the health dept. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. I have pictures to prove this place is disgusting ( unfortunately can't post here)Trash all outside ...people live like pigs. The inside of the apartment when I moved in had dirty bathtubs, disgusting walls, roaches, the a.c is off and on working and they only put Freon to "help" the problem. Which lasts a couple days.Oh and the plumbing is the worst. You have to basically knock on your neighbors door below to see if they are going to shower at the same time you do or else you will have very low water pressure. I stayed because it was easy to move in, that's where they get you. We pay $900 for a 2 bedroom here and I can't even enjoy showers and a.c...and worry about roaches attacking my food. I am going to find a site I can post pics so everyone see's how disgusting it is here. So update on 6/24.I called management yesterday 6/23 for maintenance on my AC being 82 degrees when I got home at 6pm the prior date 6/22/17. They said they would come and fix it. It is now 7 pm 6/24 my a.c is reading 83 and it has been running alllll day! If I call maintenance again, they will give you b.s.Hope this place shuts down"
