"I’ve been living at Alvista for 2 years now and i love the office staff, they are very attentive and solve all of my issues! The complex and all amenities are very clean. The area makes it easy if you don’t drive or have a car. I’ve never had any major issues with getting things fixed! I would definitely recommend anybody living here!"

"This is the worst apartment anyone could ever live in. They are roach infested beyond belief and they know it. You call for help and no one helps. They don’t care about you they don’t care about your well-being the more complaints you give the worst your living experience is. You pay way too much money. They are rude. They are mean from day one. I recommend anyone who wants to live here to just don’t. You can go anywhere else for a cheaper price . Alvista, Winter Winter Park Apartments is infested with roaches. Take this as a warning. I am a Full Sail student and I will be definitely spreading the word all throughout Full Sail university do not Move to Alvista, Winter Park Apartments. This is the worst living experience I have ever experienced in my entire life! I am a current resident And if I don’t get my full deposit by the end of my state, I will be opening up a full-fledged court case with them."

"This apartment complex has been the best so far. I've never lived in an apartment before, but I'm glad this place was my first apartment. I love how it's a pet friendly place, which allows me to have my cats live with me. And, I love seeing cats around outside sometimes. This place is perfect for cat lovers! (And, other animal lovers)"

"Their staff are SUPER NICE, WILLING TO LISTEN ANY AND LOVING TO HELP YOU!!! When I planed to move out so I tried to find someone sell my furniture and I couldn’t find anyone, they asked new residents to help me sell my furniture! Even in the evening, they maintainers still help me deal with my emergency very fast! Love this apartment and there’s lovely staffs!!"

"Poorly maintained residence. This place has deteriorated significantly, not the slightest effort was made to update anything. Plus, Anyone can just walk in through the gate, as the door on the side isn't working and when asked the front office about it, for safety reasons, they said it costs too much to fix it.The gym is dirty, smells and half the cardio machines out of order or just so old. Apartments are really old, they'd usually just paint over the walls to make it somewhat look presentable. Also good luck getting hold of anyone in the front office, and when you do be ready for arguing because they'll refuse to fix any issue pertaining to your unit. They're incompetent and rude, in my opinion. The only bright light are the 2 Hispanic maintenance guys, they're down to earth, nice and very helpful."
