"Branchwood is a wonderful place to live! It’s super safe and in a good area, as a young female I have never had any issues. Literally all the bad reviews are nit picking this place apart. Come on you’re paying a really good price, yes the apartments are old but they work just fine and are clean and quiet. I have never had an issue with the front desk ladies, but I always pay my rent on time and was a respectful quiet guest. I’m assuming the people who are having issues with the front desk are not. I have spoken with Rachael multiple times and she has ALWAYS been super friendly and professional with me. Kurt, the maintenance guy is also super friendly and has fixed EVERY issue I have ever had with a smile. I highly recommend Branchwood apartments and honestly the bad reviews seem like they were expecting a 5 star hotel for $875 a month. I am a student and couldn’t afford a lot but in my opinion Branchwood is the perfect place to live. There is always parking and the view out of my front window is really pretty. They are working on updating the community right now and I wouldn’t not be moving out if I didn’t have to move out of Orlando. Everything in my unit is white so it’s super easy to design how you want it. There is plenty of storage space and you even get a cute little front yard area and patio. All the appliances have never given me an issue and the shower/toilet pressure are great. Not once since living here have I had a single bug enter my apartment and I have never seen a dead one. However, I keep my unit very clean so I’m wondering if that’s not the case with the other tenants who complained. Anywhere you go there will be bugs but if you keep it clean you shouldn’t have an issue. Again people are expecting perfection on a budget friendly apartment complex. I like how quiet the community is and how small as well. My neighbors are the sweetest things ever! The only con I have ever had was the unit getting hot sometimes (mostly when you’re cooking for an extended period of time or if you’re coming in and out of the front door) as there is one centralized air conditioning unit. But honestly it’s not terrible and goes back to cool in like 20 minutes. If you’re on the fence about moving in please trust my review over the negative ones. I promise you it’s a wonderful place to live."
