"If I could rate this apartment 0 stars I would.This is the most roach infested apartment I’ve ever lived in.The roaches are everywhere,you complain to maintenance/office about it and there’s nothing done.Roaches in the kitchen,bathroom,bedroom you name it! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!"

"My experience so far has not been pleasant. First of all, there are so many issues with the unit itslef and the community as well. The water from my washer drains to my bathtub and it gets filled with dirty water with every wash. The edges in the apartment are rotten and kitchen drawers are broken easily. I have been waiting for about 5 months to get a drawer fixed. First apartments that I live in that has so many issues with roaches. I told the office that they were inside the stove and did nothing to get it serviced or replaced. I have lived here for a year and a half and still don't have a key for the so called 24 hour gym, after asking multiple times. When we moved in there was a fenced area for pets, it was really small, at the very end of the complex, no maintenanced done, and now, there dog park does not exist at all. I'm Basically paying a pet rent only to have a couple of dog waste trash cans and bags. In addition, the clubhouse is not available for use at all. The kids playground is a joke. The ladder is super slippery and some piece are broken. And in gates are always open. Rent has increased for less ammenities."

"I want to thank Anthony for the great customer service today, I'm planning to move to this property by the end of March. This property is very beautiful and very close to everything, if you are planning to move by Orlando area this is the best place."

"know that when looking for an apartment reviews are important so I wanted to add mine . I have lived here since 2 years and my experience has been fine. I have not had an issues that had not been taking care of and I am comfortable in my home. Just signed a new lease with a very affordable increase. Maintenance is wonderful and the new office manager along with her assistant are making updated changes for the better."

"This place should be considered a 50+ community. Literally 8 apartments crammed into an extremely small pavilion. You can’t even watch a movie at night without all the neighbors hearing the noise. Parking is extremely unorganized. Pool is inconvenient always. The gym is inaccessible. Management wants you to be perfect or get out. Not worth the money they put up for. I had a better experience on mercy drive. No hose access. No plants allowed in front. It’s literally a dog cage , but it did me well for the time being."
