"Was easy to schedule a tour of the apartments we wanted to look at. Property was incredibly clean, quiet and well taken care of. Tabby was so kind and quick to answer any questions we had. Apartments were spotless inside! Update: ended up choosing Poste as our home❤️ I absolutely love it here. The grounds are so well kept. We had a minor plumbing issue and the promptness of the response has been amazing. Other residents are incredibly kind and it feels like a true community. We went to the pool on labor day and was surprised to see it empty. It is well kept and sooo relaxing. My favorite part of it all though... we're steps away from the bark park! It's small but just the right size for our medium sized pup. There's doggy bag stations around the property so there's always one available for them and it's honestly all been such a dream. Not to mention how lovely, updated and elegant the apartment looks. Truly the best decision you'll make!"

"I have been dealing with roaches since day one of moving here. I end up killing several a day/night. As someone who is incredibly fearful of bugs, I have not slept through a night since living here and can not wait to move out at this point. It is 2:40am as I am writing this and I have just killed three roaches. Regardless of the cleaning and spraying I have done it seems to not matter. There’s clearly a problem. I also have had to see maintenance more than I should. While they are nice, I don’t want to keep dealing with the same issues over and over. They’ve come several times for different reasons. I have put in a request for the washing machine to fixed multiple times now and it still is leaking water on my floor today. The renovations were done terribly. So many cracks and holes for these roaches to crawl from, including under the front door. It’s also so crazy to me that there is no light in the bedroom. Never seen such a thing before. The staff seems nice and the apartment community is kept clean, but this has been one of the worst apartment experiences I have had as a renter. I have no peace of mind here. Almost two months down.. too many to go.. Edit.. I now even have roaches coming out of my microwave. Just sprayed bleach on six baby roaches. I have never dealt with something this EVER. Unbelievable.. I have no desire to renew a lease here AT ALL. 5:30am 7/19… just so happen to wake out of my sleep and see what next to me? You guessed it. A ROACH! And as I am killing one roach next to my bed another is crawling up my arm. Stay clear of this place. 9/1.. still have a broken washing machine and roaches. Accepted that I will be dealing with it until I move. Not allowed to use foggers and pest control has come almost weekly. While there are less roaches, I wish they were never an issue and were gone completely. I probably wouldn’t be so eager to leave and otherwise feel like it’s a decent community. Maybe I’ll have better luck next time on my apartment hunt…"

"Relocating to the area and called to inquire about leasing information. The woman I spoke to was very knowledgeable and personable! I’ve spoken to other leasing offices around Winter Park in my apartment hunt and some of those offices either don’t answer the phone or couldn’t give me the time of day—they were very rude and acted as if my inquiry was an inconvenience. At Poste, all my leasing questions were answered and I’m looking forward to scheduling a tour! Thank you all!! ~ Sarah B."

"An absolutely amazing community to live in! I’ve been in Florida for about 8 months now but been renting for about 5 years now and this is 100% the best place to be! The staff are so friendly, the landscaping is always so fresh and clean, the apartments are absolutely gorgeous inside and out, and the screened in Patios are a major bonus! I couldn’t imagine living in any other community! 10/10 would recommend!"

"Living here was everything but luxurious. When you toured the apartments they only showed you one model which they were using as their leasing office. What you expected is not what you got. Upon moving in there was some things about the apartment that wasn’t right but I brushed it to this side. After moving a couple of my things in I finally noticed that none of the rooms have lights?? Like that’s crazy! There’s a light switch with no light or fan on the Ceiling.. next thing is that there’s no bathroom exhaust fan … a day after living there my apartment started having bugs in the kitchen contacted maintenance was about to come within two day which was good. After a week living there I went to clean my bathroom next thing you know the bath tub is actually painted over.. my tub started peeling and peeling badly. They list this as luxury apartment but there’s nothing luxurious about it the prices of rent here is ridiculous does not reflect the unit you’re getting. Just look at the stair case."
