You may think that no one notices your hard work, but I personally do – each and every day. Thanks for coming to work every day with a smile on your face! Doing more than what is required, and I have seen what you guys do as I have told David before he is Jack of all trades, I have nothing but positive things to say about the entire staff, they are always helpful and courteous. "Wanted to leave a great review for the employees that work here. The office and maintenance staff are so helpful and kind. People often get frustrated with the apartment, but there are some really kind, hardworking, and wonderful people working here. In the office, they have great employees and on the maintenance team as well. Most recently Danitza helped me through a couple of things and she was so kind, patient, and helpful. David from maintenance also recently helped us with an issue with our toilet. I was worried it would overflow, and they came right away to fix it. He was very helpful, quick and courteous. The maintenance team are always so kind and understanding. They work hard and try to resolve your issues as soon as they can. Everyone that we have encountered who works here at river ridge have always been really nice and helpful. We appreciate their hard work and time. Special thank you to all the staff at river ridge and an extra shout out and thank you to the maintenance staff for appreciation month for them. Thank you for all you guys do. "So respectfully, I've gotta say this isn't my first time dealing with this company umbrella. And what I've noticed is that y'all have a away of being very negligent in regards to your communication with tenants and prospect tenants. I am interested in moving but honestly I don't even think its worth the time. Your probably better off going else where and or just getting your money up to afford a better quality of living and receptive management. Ive been calling all week with no avail. Emails come just fine - just like EVERY other apartment complex in this area. But, they drop the ball quicker than a virgin on a speed date. And will potentially cause you to be evicted due to the lack of correspondence with assistance program offices.. best of wishes to anyone searching. And I would appreciate if you do not respond with your generic "we apologize for the inconvenience" foolery. Just Fix this mess. For EVERYONE ."
