"Management and staff Karol, Jordan and Joel are professional and polite. The staff works very hard here to accommodate everyone. The maintain a high degree of professionalism and are also quite knowledgeable and friendly. Maintenance response is always quick. Our microwave wasn’t working and it was replaced. The toilet was not working properly when we first moved in, they replaced it with a new one. The property is well-maintained by landscapers, and they do a very good job. And the maintenance staff can be seen at times picking up litter when needed. Great work ethic! Above and beyond."

"I’ve lived here since January, 2018 and I’ve always had great experiences with the staff. Everyone who works in the office is kind and helpful. The maintenance personnel are also friendly and respond quickly even to minor issues. The apartments are in a great location with several good restaurants and a few nice shopping complexes, all within walking distance. I chose Signal Pointe because of the location, the decently equipped gym, and the swimming pool (three pools, actually). That was all I needed when I was looking for a place to live. But topping all that with the fantastic staff makes moving to Signal Pointe one of the best decisions I’ve ever made."

"If you are looking for a slummy place to be overcharged look no further. The ac never worked in the building, the washer and dryer did not work, we had to pay professional people to come pick up our laundry and wash it and bring it back to us or go to laundry matts. The grounds are trashed, no one picks up after there dog, the hallways in the buildings are caked in filth and never pressure washed, the trash men decide what they want to take, roaches crawling through vents from surrounding neighbors, mold everywhere, everything is dated, the front office people make just enough over minimum wage where they think they can speak to you any kind of way, the pools were never cleaned, the maintenance men always sitting in parking spaces in the golf carts scrolling their phones not even attempting to look busy. The whole experience was just over whelming and honestly wouldn’t wish living in this apartment complex on my worst enemy."
