"This apartment has been amazing for my family and I. As a single mother of 3 kids when I moved in, the office staff was very kind and helpful towards me. I waited only 3 months on the waiting list. The 3 bedroom apartment is more of a townhome style which I love. Kids bedrooms and one bath upstairs, and master is downstairs with one bathroom, kitchen and spacious living room. Lots of natural lighting comes in and high ceilings which I love, it makes the area feel bigger. Local to I4, stores and restaurants. Everyone in the neighborhood is friendly and stays to themselves. Been living here 3 years now and still happy."

"My mother and I have gone there 3 times, the first time someone was there. The other 3 times the office has been closed, there should be other people working there or at least return a phone call, or answer their emails. People have limited time to get a place to live and no one is returning phone calls. Very unprofessional in my opinion, would like to schedule a time to look at the unit. You say that you have place available for September, but how can anyone get an application in if no one is returning phone calls or answering emails."

"I've been living here since they built the place. Far as security there are cops that live on premises and there are usually no problems that I can tell. Kids may get into their spats but I see them playing the next day. Its clean the apartments are nice but the walls are thin not a lot of storage space. Nureka is a kind person she just means business."

"I have lived here since day one. And the apartments are beautiful the staff is amazing..most people with negative reviews could have been trouble maker and if you cause issues you will not be happy. The Manager is kind and has her property on point. For those who say there is no security...what do you call the 2 Seminole County sheriff that live on property and all the other sheriff that are constantly around...I am moving in a few weeks only because I have purchased a home..which is the purpose of living in affordable housing as a stepping stone...so thank you property Manager and Maintenance staff for being so officiant...great job ...."

"I would really like to say something nice here, but this doesn't ever return phone calls or emails with regard to scheduling a time to check out a unit I'm very busy and my time is valuable, I've contacted this place repeatedly over the last 3 months and I've heard nothing whatsoever from them. At the very least, they have proven to be inefficient and unprofessional. What is the point of having a website and a phone number, if you don't get back to your potential tenants when they call or fill out a contact form?!?"
