"Worse experience ever, I lived there for nine days. Since I have been there they never once clean the room, I went to reception to requets to clean my room and give me fresh towels, they said they were behind on work they can't clean my room, so I ask for fresh towel, they never gave it to me, also there are roaches in the room. I WAS PLANNING TO STAY ONE MORE WEEK BUT, I had to leave earlier than expected DUE TO BAD SERVICE."

"Me and my fam stayed one night from the moment we checked in the room was dirty, water in the tub wouldn’t shut off, bugs in the room, toilet was nasty hair all over the bowl. Not to mention the club rocking till 2am ppl hanging outside your all night talking and screaming. Staff was not helpful not willing to fix anything"

"I booked this room to be close to a 4-day training for work. I did NOT see any roaches in the room. I used my own sheets and blankets (they do NOT provide blankets) and did not experience any bites or anything. I had hot water for 3 of the 4 mornings I was there. On the first morning, I did NOT have hot water. I almost slipped on wet leaves in the parking lot. There is a lot of illegal and suspicious activity at this hotel and it is NOT safe for pets or children or single women or law abiding citizens. There is a lot of smoking (of just about everything) and drinking in the parking lot and folks sitting outside their rooms in chairs. There was always a guy lurking (just not in the shadows because there is NO security or sense of security at all). I read the reviews at the last minute so I did NOT use the elevator. However, that meant I had to make several trips up and down old, run-down stairwells that were dirty and dark. I held my breath around every turn. When I arrived, there was a party going on in the lobby and it was noisy the first night well into the AM. For the remainder of the time, there was always noise outside the room but nothing that kept me awake or woke me up after I went to sleep. If you are poolside, you will hear folks hanging out by the pool well into the AM. Everything in the room is dated and just solid enough to work. I booked using AirBnB and assumed it would be decent. I was wrong. Believe the one star reviews. I gave it 3 stars for location because it is close to the entrance to I-4 and my main reason for booking was to be close to training and I was. However, it's on a side street close to the entrance so if you're not up early, you're stuck in a long line of folks waiting to make a right turn into a lane that is super busy on weekday mornings. If it is too late to cancel or get a refund and you decide to stay anyway, please proceed with caution."

"Absolutely terrible experience! So terrible that I actually only stayed in the room for 15 minutes and needed to check out immediately. I ended up booking a last-minute hotel at night because of how bad it was. Firstly, room was roach infested. The photo shown is just one of the many roaches I saw. In addition, the strong odor of marijuana permits through the room because of illegal drug Activity occurring in the hotel. I also felt very unsafe spending the night there, as there were strange men walking back-and-forth on the floor hotel and they were congregating outside of the hotel. Not to mention loud music. Even for the price, not worth the headache and stress staying here."

"We booked this hotel because our aunt passed and my brother and I were attending her funeral from out of town. The service itself was nice and friendly. The hotel lobby was nice and clean. But after going into my room, I noticed dead roaches and a few still alive in the bathroom and on the top of the closet shelf. It was horrible. The rest of the room was clean and even smelled like they had cleaned but the roaches were in very public places that could have been swept up easily if they had sprayed before our arrival. I was very disappointed in the bugs in the room. Also, the people yelling and playing loud music late at night was also very bothersome."
