"This apartment complex used to be Pomelo Park. They have recently become Century Vista Palms. I have no had any issues here. Maintenance is pretty good, and its quiet. I have to say that Jessica has been amazing! She has helped me with my overall lease, and many others with issues or questions regarding the transition to Century Vista Palms. She is very knowledgeable and is always on top of things. I would recommend this place to family and friends."

"I lived in Pomelo Park from September 2022 until October 2023 and it was a wonderful experience. Mine and my wife's first apartment after getting married. The condominium is clean and organized, the outdoor area is surreally beautiful, the lake, the trees... The gym is super good and very clean and the pool is also great! In my building I almost never heard noise from the neighbors, everyone is very respectful. It was a super nice silence. Whenever we needed maintenance or any help, we always had everything resolved super quickly and they were always very respectful with us. We will definitely miss this place a lot, unfortunately we had to move due to the distance from our new jobs. I saw other reviews that weren't so good, but I honestly don't know why! I spent 1 year here and could spend much more. We have always been treated very well. They always host events with the residents and that's really fun. A cool thing is that when you buy something on Amazon, it arrives on Amazon Hub and you receive an email with a code and it's super easy to pickup! Pretty safe btw because no one can steal your packages, but anyway, I've had packages stay on my doorstep for hours/days and I've never had any problems! The only negative point is that there was no hot chocolate available all months hahaha"

"Love this place! We moved here from Miami in June 2023. Once we arrived and saw how clean and neat they keep the complex we knew it was the right choice. As a mom and dog owner we enjoy taking walks around the pond and having access to the club house and pool area. I would highly recommend visiting the complex if you are looking for a new place to call home. The office staff are all friendly ready to help."

"Just moved here second week of July and so far, I am enjoying it! I see some of the other reviews, but the office staff has been very helpful, nice and professional to me! I feel safe and my neighbors have been very friendly. I love the mix and diversity here! My ONLY issue is the the walls are super super thin! I've been in apartments before, so its impossible to be totally sound proof, but these walls are VERY thin. Other than that, so far, so good!"
