Nona Park Village Apartments

"Yesterday there was an activity at the Montessori school that is next to the Nona Park Village apartments and their manager was very rude to the parents and specially to Grandparents of the students. They came out with rude words and threats to tow the vehicles and those parked near the apartments even though there was no sign saying no parking or any parking spaces that said reserved. There was also no sign warning that they would be towed if you Park there. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!"

"I wanted to wait until I lived here for 1 week before reviewing. So far I'm in love with this place! Malori, Joel, and Michael who work at the front are all so nice! I didnt get to interact with Alyssa very much but she was very nice as well. They all made the moving in process really great. This is my first time living in an apartment so I wasn't sure what to expect. Things aren't perfect but you really can't have unrealistic expectations when living so close to other people. The maintenance guy Scotty is super nice as well and does a great job. He went above and beyond for me! Living above the pool has its challenges, as some groups of people aren't respectful at night but thats nothing a quick call to security can't solve. This place is beautiful! As far as the comments about bugs, you do have to be super clean here. Our kitchens and garbage are right by the front door. As long as you're really clean you should be fine. They told me that Massey comes out once a week and to just give them a call if they are needed. I dont have noise issues, as im on the 3rd floor so that avoids people stomping above my head. Im on a corner as well so there's no one behind my bedroom. Overall I'm very happy here. Having a great staff is always a bonus!"

"I almost never leave reviews about anything, but so far this place deserves one. Moved in a few weeks ago. Apartment was disgusting upon move in. Damage on the doors, flooring is peeling off the floor, roaches everywhere. Very clear that nothing has been cleaned. I expect that from cheap apartments, however this place costs a decent bit so I expected a bit more. Staff is incredibly unfriendly as well. They're not very consistent with answering emails. Went to pick up a package that was delivered to the office today due to size. The doors to the front office are always locked, presumably due to covid which is completely understandable. So I call for 5 minutes until the male employee comes out and gets verbally rude because he was on the phone. I responded to his rudeness by saying thank you and leaving with my package. I thought my last complex in Lake Mary could be annoying, but at least that place was clean, and I've never seen a roach. The staff were always friendly there too. I'd recommend looking elsewhere."

"When I signed my lease, I came on here and read these reviews and became very hesitant about my decision to move in to Nona Park. It's been almost 2 months since my bf and I moved in and I honestly don't understand why there are so many bad reviews. This place is amazing. Maintenance is always so quick to fix things if need be. The office staff is so friendly and so helpful. Jared is an absolute rockstar. The amenities are new. The walls are not as thin as everyone on here says they are. Of course you have neighbors, but for the most part everyone is pretty respectful. When we moved in there were a few roaches, but we just put in an order and they came to spray and things have been good since. The hallways are clean, they have people come and sweep them a few times a week and trash goes in little bins outside the front door so it looks neat. Good location. The complex isn't too big where you would have to drive to the main office/gym. Never had any issues with parking late at night. Always a lot of open parking. Signing the lease was easy and quick, paying rent is easy and quick, everything is just super convenient and everyone is very friendly."

"I honestly don't know where half of these bad reviews come from... If I'm being honest, you are signing up for an apartment complex. Unless you get the 3rd floor, you will usually have neighbors above you. People are out and about utilizing the beautiful facility, kids can go and play outside, garages are nice and easily accessible. Paying is easy, the sign up took me less than a week to do everything. Move in was a sinch. It's an apartment so like any home that sees a lot of turn around there will be some flaws. Calling in maintenance is easy to fix. Honestly people, don't review this place because a neighbor is your bad experience. If you need to, talk to your neighbor to compromise. So far this place has reached my expectations and I will update this review as needed. But again, this is an apartment complex."
