"My recent visit to Landings at Boggy Creek left a sour taste in my mouth. My brother and I were met with unwelcoming attitudes and unprofessional behavior from the property manager, whom I believe is named Sheila. From the moment we stepped into the leasing office, it was evident that Sheila had already made assumptions about us based on our casual attire, despite it being presentable. Her demeanor was cold and passive-aggressive, as she seemed to go out of her way to make us feel unwelcome. Sheila's approach to discussing pricing felt condescending, almost as if she was trying to shock us with the rates. Additionally, her insistence on our IDs, with a tone that implied suspicion, was off-putting. While I understand the need for security measures, her delivery lacked professionalism and courtesy. The tipping point came when I inquired about bringing my mother for a tour. Instead of a simple request for her ID, Sheila's response was laced with unnecessary hostility, stating, "IF she has an ID she can come," Overall, the experience was disappointing and disheartening. Sheila's demeanor created an unwelcoming atmosphere, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. So we did not go through with the tour because of that. Our application process was abruptly canceled, further adding to our frustration. I hope that future visitors to Landings at Boggy Creek are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve, unlike the treatment my brother and I received."

"Property is not perfect but was pretty good during the year I lived there from Dec 2022 to 2023. Landings was selected after visiting about ten properties. Located near Lake Nona the area is not walk-able. Local management and maintenance staff are professional. Very important since your quality of life will depend on management vetting the quality of your neighbors. Sound proofing is minimal and the cheap front doors with air gaps make it easy to hear noise from the hallway. Most of the issues I encountered were new property startup issues, poorly integrated third party renter's insurance tracking that took months to fix and a shower leak into the lower apartment. Requests to access my apartment were otherwise minimal, once to replace my air filter and a fire extinguisher inspection performed by leaving it outside. At move out I left the apartment clean and without any damage, my deposit was returned with only my last month's water usage subtracted."

"This has been a review which has been long overdue and I will be doing total injustice to Ms. Jennifer to whom I promised to jot this down for her truly outstanding service and professionalism. I could not have asked for more when I came to visit the property the second time with my daughter. She offered us a tour of the facilities without any hesitation the second time(even though I have already done it once)but we narrowed it down to the apartment size we were looking for. Jennifer explained how the application process worked and even borrowed their iPad to do our application on the spot. I can tell you the entire process from the start of the application to the day of moving in was made so seamless with her help. She was always there to answer any questions. I also had a chance to interact with Lisa who was equally professional. I have visited the office couple of times during the moving in process and had the privilege of meeting Jennifer again. I can tell you that she was very welcoming and always had time to answer all my questions. I am truly amazed with the quality of service. I have been moving in for the last couple of weeks and every time I come back to the property I am liking it more and more. I have worked in management all my life and I can tell you that people like Jennifer is truly an asset to the organization. Even though I have completed my moving process, I am yet to spend a day in my apartment as I was traveling.I know very well that I am going to love this place. "I have been living here for 8 months now and my boyfriend and I love it. We moved from Miami and couldn't see the apartment in person so we scheduled a virtual tour with Elisa. She was very helpful throughout the process. Moving is always stressful especially when moving from out of the area but we're so glad she was able to assist us in finding the perfect apartment. The community itself is amazing, the gym is open 24 hours and they have a closed conference area for the times that I need to work out of my apartment. The staff hosts monthly events in which we have met our neighbors. We love it here and definitely recommend it!"

"Toured this place a few weeks ago, and CAN'T WAIT to call it my new home! The property is beautiful, and in a great location close to so many things. The office staff was warm and welcoming from the second I walked in, and has made the application process super smooth and easy for me. The units are beautiful, and feel brand new. Thank you guys!
