She first off don’t know what she is doing and she gives out wrong information. And I have called and put in work orders and also submitted it online and they put in the system that work orders was completed but no one has taking care of the issues. And I have reached out to the Regional Manager and I’m waiting to hear back"

"I recently called to speak with the manager regarding the trash overflowing into my back yard from the complex to try to come up with a solution. She was very unprofessional and really didn’t try to hear me out. She attempted to blame this on the homeless when clearly In the picture it has nothing to do with the homeless population. I will be taking this a step further since she isn’t being reasonable to resolve this matter."
