Rebecca who goes by Becky to me has been so kind and so helpful whenever I have come to the the office. She always has a smile on her face and it has been delightful being helped by her. Thank you Becky for making the Venetian Leasing Office a welcoming and friendly environment."

"I am very happy that i decided to stay at the Venetian. The property itself is very homey, and I love the relative location of the complex. The staff personnel are lovely. As soon as I walk into the office, they’re always quick to greet me with a smile. Great service from Rebecca, as well as Austin. You will always find one of them in the office ready to help! The property manager also sends out notifications about events going on at the office, as well as helpful reminders like lease payments and when renewal periods are. I highly recommend staying at the Venetian!"

"the Venetian is a great place for the price to stay at and the leasing agents have always been professional and helped me. Especially Austin and Becky they have always been very helpful especially since I order so many packages I’m sure they’re sick of seeing my name but they still help lol. And the Venetian maintenance has been available for when I had problems with my dishwasher."

"Our daughter just moved in last weekend. Her time slot to move in was from 4-6. We checked her in a few minutes after 5. In the lobby, a mom is yelling that the condition of her daughter's room is unacceptable, uninhabitable. She was livid. I thought she could either be a complainer or legit. She was legit. Our daughter's room was not cleaned at all!!! On the carpet: pink stains, brown stains, fake eyelashes, lots of earrings, several bugs. Walls, baseboards and blinds very dusty. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. She's highly allergic. Air filter looks like it hasn't been changed in years. The counter top is decomposing because they put particle board in high moisture areas — above dishwasher and bathroom counter. Kitchen cabinets were grimy. I tried to clean the kitchen window blind and it broke upon touching it. The thing is, there is nothing in the contract that we can find saying that the apartment will be clean when you move in. Everyone in the building was complaining. Another girl didn't even have a doorknob on her bedroom. The mom said it had been kicked in. Word is that there was dog poo in the middle of one apartment. Really! This is so unacceptable. Our move-in deposits were waived. But, if getting a clean place meant paying a deposit .... Gladly! We rented a carpet shampooer, bought a vacuum and lots of cleaning supplies to get the apartment livable. We finished shampooing the carpet at 11 at night. It had to dry before moving her stuff and we still needed to clean, so we added a hotel stay to our bill. While starting to clean, a maintenance guy "D" said that a team would be in to clean it while we go eat dinner. Never happened! And, she was given a key to the whole apartment and her room. The room key doesn't work. She made an emergency request to have it fixed because she was going to be gone for the weekend. It's been four days and still nothing! She has had to stay in her room for two straight days, just in case they show up. I just talked to the front desk. They have no maintenance service right now. D has quit. The lease says you have 72 hours to turn in a conditions report. We couldn't figure out how to get that report. And, they sent out an instagram message 3 days after she got there that they would be closed that day ... on a Tuesday. What? On the positive, the front desk people are nice and understanding. I guess the company has just not equipped them to take care of anything. Also, a couple weeks prior to moving in, the office decides to reduce their hours, closing at 1 p.m. We sent in many requests via the portal or whatever, with no response. Also, they WILL not give you the dimensions of your room. I asked if someone could go measure for me and they said "no." They tell you the dimensions are on the website, but we could not find them anywhere. This would just be helpful in planning out your room layout. If I could give them 0 or minus stars, I would."
