"Mold and urine when I moved into apartment 210. Had not been cleaned between tenants during covid. Value fraud and actual fraud. Buyer beware. Also I had to call the cops on the leasing manager who tried to physically assault me for reporting code violations to Nicole Fried who is running for Governor. (allegedly)"
"I wish I could give this place zero stars. I applied and paid the required application fee, then heard nothing from them so I called. They told me they hadn't run the application yet because there was a waitlist (despite there being floorplans available on their website) but that they did have something available that I could move into the next day. I called back FOUR TIMES and left a message telling them I wanted the apartment and days later still had not received a phone call or even an email. To my knowledge my application still has not been submitted! I left another message to tell them they've wasted my time and I want my money back and they had the audacity to call and ask if I was still interested "or they had to move on." It was urgent that I move into an apartment quickly due to a job offer in the area and they knew this. Complete and total scam!"
"Was supposed to move into one of these apartments way back in July, they kept pushing back my move in date even with them knowing i was transferring from another state and needed to move in on the move in date, they told me I’d have to wait till SEPTEMBER , instead they took they’re sweet time and almost cost me my job. The apartments looked trashy anyway I’m glad I went to student housing solutions instead."
"Very unsafe , trashy area. Not a good place to live for families . paint falls off walls. Shower doesn't work. It's not what you see in the pictures. They also installed a dog park that is a fence. Has to be the worst apartment we have rented.also the property manager is a liar who is a con artist and regardless of the government assistance that we received to pay it she did not contact them back intentionally. Then she did not uphold the payment arrangement we had agreed to because she is very spiteful and angry that she is in such a terrible position in life. I would recommend before going to view these apartments that you peel your eyes out and go ahead and Rob yourself it would be the same equivalent"
