District West Gables 2001 Ludlam Road, Miami, FL 33155

"Usually, management is unresponsive. Elevators are regularly out of order. Limited visitor parking (literally 30 spots for over 100 residents). Parking garage flooded with sewage water with my car in its assigned parking spot.They blamed the storm, but the storm only rained 3 inches and my car was covered in water for hours with no notification from management. My car got totaled. Only reason this is 2 stars instead of one is because my apartment had views of the most gorgeous sunsets in West Miami."

"Nice neighborhood, and area. The building needs some improvements, specifically with the noises from the gym. Maybe a robber mat on the floor would help to avoid some noises. The residents need to do a better job at picking up after their dogs. But other than that, the maintenance team is very good. Manuel always helps me with anything in the apartment, best attitude ever, Manuel rocks! The office staff is friendly."

"Beatriz and Lázaro were wonderful to work with during my move in period. Lázaro helped with the move in process even when we arrived a little bit late to the loading dock, his customer service is wonderful. Beatriz was very knowledgeable and showed us everything in the building with great detail and attention. Incredible building with an incredible team!"

"I truly believe that I’m if not the oldest , one of the oldest resident in this community since District West Gables has been my home for the past 4 years . That shows how pleased I’ve been with all services provided by maintenance and cleaning personnel as well. Every time something needs attention I my residence , Mr Manuel shows up and do the necessary repair in a professional fashion ; I also notice Mr Lazaro , who is always either around the pool area or by the parking lot making sure that those areas remain free of garbage. There ‘s no doubt in my mind that they both Mr Lazaro and Mr Manuel make a wonderful team work together and personally I congratulate both of them for the good job they always perform ."

"I lived at the location for 2 years , I never see something so bad in my lifetime . Garages gates always opened not security at all for the residents , people accessing the garage without a key (transponder ) , parking on the residents parking spaces . People from outside of the building using the loading docs as parking spots through of the night . Smoking and sleeping inside of their cars . Elevators down for months , making residents access their apartments by stairs . Garage flooded every rain . Residents unavailable to park on their parking spaces because of the rain . Packages being stole all the time , when management are asked about those packages they tell you to ask the package room company , you call them , but the cameras of the building doesn’t work. Homeless accessing the building humanities . If you rent an apartment on the 1 floor , when you wake up , you have a homeless sleeping on your door . I thought I had see bad Managment, until I move into this building, worse ."
