"I do not recommend leasing an apartment with them. My husband and I just moved here from Texas and planed to get an appointment with them. We wanted to see the place before Signing the lease and the apartment was so small we didn’t know if we be able to even fit our queen bed into what they call a master bedroom. It wasn't very clean and they aren't helpful at all. The customer service was horrible and its just all about how much money they can get from you. After we changed our minds and decided to lease with a different Apartment complex they charged us a $500 fee which was never brought up when we were looking into lease with them. The photos and the video of the apartments are not at all what it looks like in person at least from what I saw for myself. My husband and I decided to get an apartment with (Bridges at Kendall) and they are amazing and very helpful, especially to families with kids. I'd definitely think about (Bridges at kendall) before trying to look into lease with this place."

"Just moved in about a week now and this place has been amazing. Roselly, Andres and Manuela have truly been a help. The community is beautiful with carports for ev cars helps a lot. The apartment is clean and very luxurious."

"I give this place 5 starts from the moment my family toured till signing her lease. I would say they are very professional in the front office & maintenance. The grounds are kept clean always, not super noisy, definitely feel like this is a safe community for families. Andres and Roselly have been very patient and kind for my elderly grandmother with her new transition. I appreciate them a lot and they are quick to respond to any issues or questions. "The property reminds me of a Vegas resort. It is very beautiful and has a lot to offer. The pool is a 5 star. You have nice attendants that do a great job to welcome you. All of the staff are extremely pleasant and really go out of their way to make you feel welcomed too. To summarize, I highly recommend this getaway."
