"My experience with the office staff and manager BEFORE Juan Dominguez became property manager was very poor. When Juan Dominguez became the property manager he was very understanding and helpful, always answered my calls or returned my calls. My ratings for Sheffield Apartments went from a 1 star to 5 stars thanks to Juan and his maintenance staff: Ildemar, Garcia, James Navarro and Ariel and Eddy. Thank you Juan and maintenance crew for caring. You guys are awesome!"

"This is the worse place to live in. Mold everywhere, the AC vents have so much mold. The toilets have black mold all around the inside rim! The windows are filthy dirty, which can’t be cleaned due to the fact that they are double glass, you can’t see clear at all. The floors are some kind of cheap paper that are put on top of wood, and there’s always dirt so they can not be cleaned. My stove was old and rusty, one of the burners was not working as I told them repeatedly and they did nothing about it. The office management and workers are the most unprofessional people I have ever met. They never pick up the phone, you leave a message and no one ever returns your call. They are also a bunch of thieves, I have never, ever paid my rent late in two years I lived in that hideous place, and now they are charging me for late rent, and attorney fees???? I’ve called the so called property manager, Juan Dominguez, and he does not return my calls! I sent him a detailed email so that I have it as proof. I called a few times, and one of the guys, last name Garcia, picked up and when he realized it was me, he hung up on me!! I am going to get my attorney to solve this.!!! The WORSE place, is Sheffield Apartments!!!"

Mr. Juan Domínguez, Property Manager, has provided me with excellent customer service. We appreciate his professionalism and willingness of him to solve any problem we had encountered. I enjoyed my experience so far. The staff was very professional and organized, Eldimar and Jaime . Juan was extremely kind and patient with all my questions. I recommend anyone to come and take a look at this property. Whether you decide to stay or not, the staff does not pressure you to make a decision. They want the best for you."

"I moved here a year ago, I can honestly say that Juan Dominguez is the nicest most attentive property manager I have dealt with. Always answers my calls, or messages, always helpful, always in a good mood, always looking to make your experience pleasant. The parks at Sheffield is quiet and cozy. Love that is full of trees with lots of birds and that nature feels, even tho it’s right on 137th ave. Location is incredibly convenient. I love my place "
