"I had a wonderful experience looking for a home at Casa Palma. Everyone was super nice and accommodating! Viviana and Warren did a great job showing me around all the available units! I got to meet Joann the property manager who explained some useful information and Regina who was around helped me to clarify the payment method. Unfortunately, I won't be able to move into Casa Palma, but I'll keep it on my radar for the future! I'm glad there is still good customer service around!"

"Edit: I posted this review 2 weeks ago and the gate has not been Fixed yet! Absolutely ridiculous. I strongly importe both community managers (Regina Sanders & Joann Howanitz) to take action. This community is going down hill. Last night another neighbors cars got broken into. The broken gate remains open 24/7. I will be contacting corporate. I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the ongoing security issues at our community. The negligence surrounding the back swing/sliding gate by the rear entrance has created a significant and persistent security risk that needs immediate attention. For years now, this gate has been broken and left unrepaired, allowing easy access for individuals from the adjacent area to enter our community. This not only compromises the safety of our residents but also disrupts the tranquility of our environment. It is disheartening to witness how this situation has been allowed to persist, with seemingly no effective resolution in sight. One major concern is the fact that people from the neighboring area are using the broken gate as a shortcut, leading to unauthorized access into our community. Furthermore, it has become a gathering spot for children from outside the community to play and run around. This not only creates a nuisance for those of us who work from home but also raises questions about the security measures in place to protect our residents. It is particularly frustrating that despite multiple attempts to raise this issue with the management, there has been no tangible action taken to rectify the situation. Our concerns have fallen on deaf ears, and the gate remains wide open, allowing anyone and everyone to enter without restriction. Living in a secure and well-maintained community should be a fundamental expectation for all residents. Unfortunately, the current state of the broken gate stands as a stark contrast to this expectation. It’s high time for the management to prioritize the safety and security of its residents and take immediate steps to repair and secure the back swing/sliding gate. The ongoing disregard for this security concern has left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the overall well-being of our community. I implore the management to finally address this issue, take swift action to repair the gate, and implement measures to prevent unauthorized access. Our community’s security and peace of mind should never be compromised."
