"Less than a month after I renew my lease they decided to implement a parking system that the majority of the tenants don't want. Now I can't park backwards, cause the officer can't leave the car and confirm the plate, but it is not a problem to be an inconvenience to the tenants."

Paty is always available to solve our questions and make sure we have everything we need. If I could suggest some improvements, I would like the playground be renewed with swing and grass as the current ground is terrible."
