"Less than a month after I renew my lease they decided to implement a parking system that the majority of the tenants don't want. Now I can't park backwards, cause the officer can't leave the car and confirm the plate, but it is not a problem to be an inconvenience to the tenants."

Paty is always available to solve our questions and make sure we have everything we need. If I could suggest some improvements, I would like the playground be renewed with swing and grass as the current ground is terrible."

The maintenance crew of Jose and partner are attentive and always fix the problem. I put in a request yesterday and they were here this morning. Always pleasant and competent!"

The actual staff are very responsive, whenever we need something, they will always be ready to help. The condo is always clean, and always trying to do better and keep the ambience nice.
