"Stayed for a weekend Jan 2024. Room was spacious, but was only pretty clean. Some hairs in shower and tub. Room is starting to look tired and needs to be remodeled. Carpet is starting to roll in places and the entire shower area needs to recaulked. Service was friendly but on saturday night there were kids running around in the hall and called the front desk numerous times and nothing was done. They also spilled stuff all over the stairwell and it was not cleaned up until the next day. Keycard wouldnt work on one of the doors. Hotel was nice at one time but now is starting to show its age."

"Worked here for three weeks. I must say that Mitchell, Alina, Nazar, and Rose are all amazing employees. After working in leadership for the last 15 years of my career, I took this job as a part-time opportunity while attending school full-time. Kelly, the GM, who has never even spoken to me, is the epitome of negligent leadership. I’m not sure which trainings she has taken in customer service, but her method and mannerism of dealing with the employees (which are, to any organization, the employer’s customers and the frontline & representation of a business), is horrid. She slammed the office door in my face as I tried to explain that I accidentally left it open to hand a guest something she requested, and then answer the phone. Kelly definitely watches the camera more than she interacts with her employees. Shevaughn, on the other hand, deals immaculately with the guests and disgustingly with the employees. She is rude and extremely uninviting; has an unapproachable demeanor yet somehow, she is a manager. I have never walked off of a job without issuing proper notice, but to whom this may concern: Everything rises and falls on leadership. The employees are driven to take trainings on how to be respectful and pleasant to our guests, and I would only hope that the leadership team would have to take these same trainings. Since the reviews are something that seems to be very important, it wouldn’t be fair to leave one star because of two rotten apples. Definitely a horrific experience to work here. Would not recommend."

"As A Bonvoy Platinum Elite, I've seen my share of Marriott properties. This particular Residence Inn in Coconut Creek FL is one of the best I've been to and certainly my favorite. While all of the front end reps are all very cordial and nice, on my last visit, it was Alina who went above and beyond to make me a happy camper. The professionalism with which she handled my requests was top notch. Needless to say, I will visit again. Thank you Alina."

"I was very happy with my stay here! I stayed for a total of 8 days, most of which I spent much of my time in the room. Whenever the “Do Not Disturb” sign was on my door, I never even had housekeeping knock on my door, which was a pleasant surprise. It was also very easy to check in, replace room keys, and apply for a late checkout (Rose helped me out with that!) The room itself was surprisingly nice, I haven’t yet been to a “long-stay” hotel so I was surprised to see a full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, even a small stove top. Of course, standard fare as far as long-stay hotels go, I’m sure, but quite nice to see in any case. The internet was easily usable (I paid for the enhanced internet) for streaming videos, playing games online, and any other normal internet tasks. The location is a bit remote when it comes to other businesses, but it’s a South Florida suburb; proximity to family was my #1 priority, and this is a great location for that! Just expect to either rent a car or Uber/Lyft on a regular basis. Overall, I was very happy with my stay here!"
