"Adjoining rooms promised at reservation time, had been given away. Rooms hadn’t been renovated in years, beds were too soft, pillows too hard or flat. Breakfast disappointing. Will look elsewhere."

"Very rude hotel manager named “Shavonne” that started raising her voice at me when I simply asked for confirmation of cancelling the reservation. She not only did not give it to me but also said I would be charged an additional night for checking out of the hotel late and an early departure fee. However, her colleague told me earlier that I would be fully reimbursed. Very dissatisfied with the customer service. I left because the hotel room smelled like mildew. Do not stay here. Stay at the Residence Inn Marriott next door."

"This is not the Hampton we normally stay at in this area, but we decided to give it a try because our usual favorite increased its rates to more then we can budget when in town on business. We are so glad we stayed here!!! The staff is soooo nice and the roo.s were cleaner and nicer then our usual Hampton. Breakfast was a large selection of well prepared foods. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here whenever we are in the area."

"I have been a guest at this location since it opened. I come about twice a year with 3 kids and stay for a little over a week. Usually having a great experience. My last visit however, housekeeping was a no show 3 times in 8 days. I had to contact the front desk after having been out all day for someone to come and take out the trash and give me towels and toilet paper. I did not leave the do not disturb sign on the door. I even let housekeeping know that my room was ready to be done and when I got back to the room that evening it wasn't. I guess I'll try the Residence Inn next door. So disappointed."

"The hotel is very clean. This hotel has great staff. The desk clerks upon arrival and checkout, the maintenance man and the kitchen worker were tidy, pleasant and exceptionally helpful. Kudos to Hampton for being able to keep a great team of workers. Also the complimentary breakfast included so many choices and the food was great. Also did I mention the kitchen cook/server was clean, tidy and helpful."
