Reviews of Forest Pointe
"Good evening, we paid for GM but we still can't get in. We went to the office and said that they were constantly trying to stall us. It's been 2 months and they said an official will come, but there is still no solution. Can you please find a solution?"
"At the beginning they will give you honeymoon and after renewing my lease I found out that my very broken ac will not be replaced , I could not sleep because I was freezing. I don’t feel well so I’m going to doctor, I have a lots of health issues and what is going on over in leasing office is beyond professional. I’m gonna make sure that every institution that has something to do with leaving conditions of units will be notified. I am very polite person but I don’t like cheating and lying . I am just editing my review, the free wifi took all my identity, I have to deal with bank , apple support and even my police officer friend told me that those free WiFi offers are the most insecure under planet earth. Now I am penniless and had to get committed to the hospital with nervous breakdown. I have all documentation. The all year in the community caused me nothing but loss of health. And reading all reviews I am not alone with all the problems."
"Not even a resident or applicant and already had a bad experience, made an appointment at 1:30pm just to get there to a welcoming sign of “out for lunch” ok I said, everyone needs lunch, but then I noticed movement inside and decide to knock anyways. Greeted with a “we are on lunch could you please come later?” Of course my reaction is a sorry I made an appointment for 5 mins ago but whatever do you have the apartment I am looking for so I may reschedule. There answer was “no those are all rented out maybe if you come back Monday next week”. Yeah I don’t recommend this place."
"I've lived here now for more than 5 years and I am extremely happy that I do. The people in the leasing office and the other employees on every level of management (from the maintenance to the very top) have consistently proved themselves as kind and diligent and prompt, and also -- most importantly -- that they seriously care about and respect their tenants. I have not had any major issues since I moved in and all I can say is this -- treat the staff and your neighbors with utmost respect and you will come to love this place and its people -- as much as I do!"
"Somehow I was only within the application process and I have some things I noticed... This complex is nice and clean, I guess. Nice, quiet complex. Family oriented, sure. Honestly, the application process was a pain. I truly feel like they asked for some unnecessary information. I felt uncomfortable calling the leasing office as I am almost positive the same miserable looking person that gave my boyfriend and I a tour for the Alluring model was the same person answering the phones when I'd call with questions about the process. When we got to the complex for a tour she truly couldn't seem more annoyed to be there and to have to give us a tour....She tried being like "yeah the unit's not even available to tour though...I have another tour at 3:15...." and we live far so why would we leave without seeing the place, miss? Rude! It made us feel uncomfortable and rushed which gave us a bad first impression, truly. I recognized her voice on the phone so when I'd call I'd get anxious and debate hanging up due to that. I never got her name but I'm sure she knows... The process had to include them reaching out to my employer as a "reference" and my guarantor's landlord directly as well as they requested their contact information and needed to email them both.... Kind of ridiculous. I'd rather go somewhere nicer, where the people are seeming even somewhat happy to be there, and where the reviews are better... You can find better than this place I can guarantee it. I did the right thing and DIDN'T put in the deposit while I was looking around at much better options so I wasn't screwed out of 700 bucks."
