"I lived here for a year from 2018 to 2019 I never had a working dishwasher complained multiple times about it not operating, the power prices were outrageous for a 2 bedroom and 1600 for a tiny kitchen and tiny bedroom. You can tell this place puts in no effort to improve the space just continues to put bandaids on the problems. One of the worst experiences of my life and the ac unit broke leaking all over the guest bedroom and they stole our deposit without telling me they couldn’t give my $1000 back. The lady in the office is a snake and the cuban repairmen all live in the apartment building guaranteed had no certifications or ideas about what they are doing."

"Just stay away from here, The place has roaches when you move in, had to clean the fridge, the screen on the balcony was ripped & I am currently fighting with the office lady Paola to accept the notarized documents I sent her with full video evidence (because I did it online) & all the legal paperwork proving that what I sent her is the official documentation. I dont know how long she's worked there but she's very unprofessional, & rude getting into a shouting match with me and my uncle while on the phone, as we're trying to explain to her about the online notarization."
