"I have lived at Lago Club for about 9 years. It’s a wonderful place to live and call home. Zolia the manager is truly amazing. Always here to help, and gets things done professionally and quick. She gets the job done! It’s the reason we have enjoyed living here. The maintenance staff is also wonderful. Lago Club is very safe and clean. And beautiful lake view! Thank you to Zolia , Ivan and the rest of the staff for all they do! And making our home even more special!"

"Zoila is an extremely rude person and should not have a job speaking to people in any way. My mother lives in the community and has my contact information down to speak on her behalf as she is in and out of the hospital. She calls me YELLING asking for documentation. I of course have no idea what for and just needed clarification. Extremely pretentious and rude speaks over you and slams the phone. Get this person out of that position. Absolute dumpster of a human."

"We’ve lived here over 15 years. It’s been very good very to us. Family friendly, spacious, good nearby schools and a pool. Safe with security at night. Maintenance gets things done, thanks to The Manager, Zoila, she is reliable and caring. Amazing."

"I have only been here for three months and my first floor apartment has flooded 2 times! The second time the water went to the carpet in the master bedroom. I called the after hour line and kept giving updates so there is no misunderstanding. The following day after the second time this occurred, I spoke to the Manager and aired my concerns. Of course, I asked to be moved to a higher floor due to this being the second time occurring and she advised she had to wait to speak to the owners in person because she can’t deal with this over the phone. When I asked when will this happen she said and I quote “Well, maybe they pass by today if so, it will be today if not I have to wait to see them!” As a manager she should be able to make a call and have a one on one. Mind you, the reason to be moved is because this is the second time this happens, carpet was damaged and my poor grandma is here alone who is 90 years old and if I am at work how will she handle this? She offered to shampoo the carpet which it’s fine but, realistically that is just a superficial fix. Anyone who owned carpet knows everything stays under the carpet. Mind you the water that over flowed was dirty water. Meaning I am expected to live with a dirty carpet and with constant flooding? The company who came to fix the problem advised that someone is flushing unflushable wipes and is causing the constant flooding. The Manager advised she will send out letters and go herself to the people on the second floor because she is 100% sure they are doing it. That never guarantees anything. I was so looking forward to living here but, unfortunately it’s been nothing but one headache after the other. If this occurs for the third time it will be escalated and a letter to cooperate will be written with videos and pictures. I don’t pay a hefty rent for problems!"
