"My daughter and I have been very happy with Paraiso at Fountain Square .The pool is beautiful and the common areas are clean and quiet. The units are well insulated and hurricane ready. We rarely hear our neighbors above or adjoining us. The security provisions for entering and leaving the complex are outstanding. The location is so convenient for all of our shopping needs. One of the best assets of the apartment is a woman named Haydee, who runs the leasing office. Haydee has always been so helpful in every aspect. She is professional in all of our dealings."

"I moved into this apartment building in January and have had a wonderful experience so far. The staff is amazing - maintenance requests are always completed within a day, and Haydee was extremely helpful when I got stuck in the elevator. The cleaning staff is also fantastic - the common areas always smell clean and there's never any dust. The pool is constantly being cleaned and the neighbors are quiet even on weekends. The amenities are great, especially the fitness center, which is always clean and fresh. Although the coffee machine is only available on weekdays for several hours, I love it and wish it were accessible 24/7 as originally promised. Overall, I highly recommend this place - the staff makes it feel like home and I have zero regrets about choosing to live here."

"Been here for almost 3 years and still love it. As others have said, the location of the building is hands-down the best thing about living here. You are walking distance to literally everything you could ever need (retail, groceries, restaurants, doctors, barber, dentist, vision, vet, banks, etc.). There is virtually no reason to own a car if you live here, especially if you work from home like I do. I also really appreciate the small/boutique feeling at this apartment. The amenity-to-unit ratio is actually perfect, meaning the pool is never too crowded (even on weekends), the gym always has equipment available, and there’s always a quiet place to sit in the [really nice] gastropub. Much better than some of the mega-buildings you see around Miami with hundreds of units for one tiny pool or gym. Maintenance is the best I’ve ever experienced at any building. I have a 100% success rate of maintenance fulfilling requests within 24 hours of submission. Honestly, the only negative is that some residents here can be a bit irresponsible - i.e leaving trash in the hallways or letting dogs poo in the stairwells. Overall, I am happy here. My partner wants to buy a house, but I’m perfectly content with continuing to rent for the foreseeable future (especially in today’s market)."
