"The associates and manager are rude, disorganized and unprofessional. They do not care about you, they just care about the money. They tricked my family and I into paying an extra $5k because they failed to explain our options, and then blamed us for choosing the wrong option on the lease. They refused to listen to us or make any changes. Not only that, but the community itself is rundown and infested with roaches."
"Highly recommend Pepper Cover. Calm, family friendly, and well maintained. They ask for a lot of information for approval which I think is good. Apartment we moved into was renovated with no issues. Office and Maintenance staff do a great job of taking care of the community."
"Great place to live, safe with the gate and patrol at night. The staff was very helpful and very informative. The apartments are clean and in awesome conditions with great renovations, they all include a private balcony and your own washer dryer which is super convenient! I definitely see myself living here for another couple of years"
"I have lived here for 2 and a half years and I have no complaints. The maintenance staff and the office staff was wonderful. I had questions about my contract and the office staff educated me on certain things and I was very grateful for that. The location was great for me and my family, it was quiet and a family friendly atmosphere. My neighbors were great too. I wish I lived there longer but I had to move out of state due to my husbands job. You won’t regret living here! It’s so cozy, people are nice and community is quiet and peaceful."
"Management staff (Alva, Maria, Karina), are very proffessional & friendly. The issue is the maintenance staff. They walk in into your property without even announcing, knocking or asking permission first; in fact they should request to come in in advance via phone first, in spite and respect of all tenants’ privacy. Plus they are not wearing their PPE (ie face masks), and some of them are a bit “too friendly” by asking too many personal questions and making inappropriate suggestions as per some of the residents accounts. I am sure they don’t mean harm, but they surely need some training as to how to deal with customers and clients. Other than that this property is very decent. More recycling bins would be advisable... The other concern is the security part; as soon as you come in, there is always someone behind that does not live there and they manage to sneak in through the gate, so that has always been a safety breach concern."
