"Lived there almost 17 years, cockroaches infested apartments, maintenence non existing, they dont fix anything, they wouldn't change my rugs,they were ripped up,they answered me,oh they only change rugs if you move out,all my cabinet hinges were all rusted i5s disgusting how they treated me when i asked for something fixed,then they jack up your rent 2 times a year after you renew your lease,wouldn't recommend living Summer Lakes phase 2!"

"Dont let the pictures fool you. This place is a dump! Moved to Florida thought the pictures were beautiful. Staff is so rude. People are loud! Mice!!! The hallway smelled of dirty diapers! Flies because of where they keep trash. Leaks in the bathroom. Got sick from the pool. Way to much chlorine. Do yourself a favor and pass on this. It will be the best decision."

"When i lived there they would just come in like it was nothing, some kids started a fire, other broke my cars windsheld, the mangment is rude and doen't really care about or what goes on in your appartment. Honestly I didn't want to move but i did because i realized this wasn't the neighbor hood for me."

"Front desk staff are so rude. I callled and made a appointment to come a fill out an application Friday morning they told me it would be fine. I arrived around lunch time on that same Friday and a Hipasinic tall lady with black hair told me in a rude way that they already rented the place and told me to have a good day. I am a receptionist myself never once have I been rude to a customer and for her to treat me that way was uncall for Unprofessional, and unethical that makes her look like an uneducated person to me. I'm glad she showed me her true color because I wouldn't want to live somewhere where they don't know how to treat people. I called the cooprate office and reported the incident that was taking place and hopefully they do something about the rude staff that works there."
