"Good location next to a tire choice, rib city, mobile gas station, goodwill, and hotels and other convenient shops, restaurants and just around the corner to the highway. Also close to a local post office, and other local areas. Traffic can sometimes get congested but that’s pretty much anywhere in Florida when the snow birds come back in town. The rent is comparable to other places. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues you might have. A nice clean and quiet place to live."

We have travelled many times to visit and stay with him and the staff and maintenance are exceptional. Judy, the manager has always been very accommodating and has gone above and beyond. I can't thank her enough for her kindness and helpfulness, including Shelly!! The grounds are well kept, the pool is great, the apartments are modern and spacious, the tenants are friendly, and its a safe community. Work requests were always handled in a quick friendly manner.
