"I lived here less than a year. Talk about slum lords. I had a roach problem and they had pest control out 2 times in my 10 months. I had a refrigerator problem so while "they waited to hear from warranty" they brought me a used refrigerator and put it on the carpet in my living room where it sat for 9 months no matter how many times I complained. Maintenance never was available or on top of anything. I felt unsafe due to my door appeared someone broke in and as well as a man following me from the gym they didn't seem to care at all. This place is the absolute worst place I've ever rented. So happy to be out of that ghetto neighborhood."

"I was in a place I needed to move out of quickly. Even with the hurricane Mimi and Jill helped me so much to get in my apartment as soon as possible. Love the neighborhood and my apartment feels like a home inside. Very comfortable and I love it so much more than anywhere I have been in a very long time."

"So I moved into Estero Woods Village in December and have been loving it ever since. Has a nice nature trail, a bunch of great amenities, and tons of great people. Also, the location is right next to coconut point and Publix!"

"This apartment was rundown. Multiple Holes in the wall. Unsafe ceiling fan. Rusty and dirty bathroom. They refuse to return a security deposit even though no lease was signed. Please don’t bother with this apartment. Staff is very rude. Save your self the time and trouble. Photos of the “newly renovated” apartment. The staff is never at the office. Called and left message and get no reply."

"Hello everyone! I wanted to share this review because I have thoroughly and immensely enjoyed living in Estero Woods Village for the past 4 and a half years. It is a very quiet neighborhood and my neighbors have always been great! When the washing machines or dryers ate my quarters, the office staff kindly returned my quarters to me in a timely manner. When my AC wasn’t working, the maintenance men came over to fix the problem immediately. When I’ve called and left messages or sent emails, I received responses in a timely manner. I absolutely love roller blading around this neighborhood and enjoy watching the turtles at the little lake along the quiet, peaceful path. The complex gym is well-kept and also quiet, which I love. The swimming pool is huge and perfect for doing laps. Also well-kept and clean. Overall, I just LOVE it here and am sad to leave. (Got a job up North) The next tenant will be very lucky to be here!"
