"We stayed @ a nice quiet condo community. Two things I discovered, 1. No clubhouse, 2. professional deep cleaning is questionable. Residents very nice and filled us in on info not provided by rental company. Would have been nice to have been handed a few more important instructions with keys. Place out dated and needs some major maintenance done. However the location very nice, grounds and pools maintained. The people @ complex made the difference, very friendly. We enjoyed our stay dispite needing to do a good clean up arrival."

"I have rented out my unit for almost 6 years. The last 4 my lease has ended on november 1. I have the papers. I made a mistske and I guess the last lease got pushed to november 30. I am not sure why. We dis not want to renew our lease as we are personally annoyed with dealing with this particular rental company. But that is our prerogative and we mistakenly ended a month early. Tried to contact the rental company (we have always paid our rent. ) to see if after so long of renting and paying on time if we could negotiate our rent out early. The answer was no...understandable my mistake. Then tried to see if we could bring partial payment for october and pay the rest over the next few weeks. Told the owner we would be out before the end of october we would pay octobers rent they have our last month paid (november ) and they could come take the unit early. Or if we could end the lease we would still make the payments for october and pay the rental company their fee. We were served with 3 day or quit and the owner of the rental company will not return phone calls. Or is willing to work anything out. And we have always paid our rent. So maybe they are just like every other company i dont know but I feel that as a renter who has always tried to be a good tenant maybe this rental company should practice a bit more decency"

"We use the Rental Company of Venice to rent out a home we own. They found us a reliable client who pays his rent and seems to uphold his end of the agreement. They are quick to respond to requests from the client and to me. I believe they had a book keeper issue a couple of years ago but that has since been handled. We are pleased."

"Would highly recommend not using this company. Broker is unprofessional, never available. He is great until contract signed, then does not return emails, phone calls, texts or messages. Did not follow through on his promises. Sends his assistant/secretary to do all his work and then she uses the excuse she isn't licensed and cannot "handle" the situation. We rented a home through them. Broker/agent would not meet with us prior, would not take care of any of significant problems that arose and then refused to do a walk through-then hit us with a bunch of charges at the end. Also had to "push" to get security deposit returned within contract timeline. Had several things that were supposed to be taken care of prior to arrival-which were not. Had to deal with a handyman at property entire time we were there. BE VERY CAUTIOUS using this company!!!!!"
