"From the welcoming and stress-free management like Michael who really gets the bigger picture of what you need out of life is rare! The application was FREE, the move-in was well communicated and smooth, payment available online, beautiful landscape. This complex dips down out of traffic and street view covered in lakes and trees, making for a serene homecoming & going. It also makes you feel extra safe because it is not easy to get to on foot unless you know where you're going, like to get on public transport. The police are frequent and non-invasive so even more safe without lifestyle interruptions. On-site laundry everywhere. Perfect hide-a-way for a quiet city life."

"So this is just an initial review of the application and securing apartment process. I don't move in until May. First, they actually answer the phone. When I was searching for apartments I called 4 different places before I called Misty Oaks and they were the first to actually answer the phone Second, Erica was very professional, helpful, friendly, quick and concise. She gave the information needed and actually followed up when she said she would. The process from initially applying to giving the deposit and picking my apartment w/ move in date only took one full week! Overall the experience of securing the apartment has been a seamless one when it came to dealing with Misty Oaks. I will give a follow up review once I've actually moved in and lived there for a couple of months"
