"I have called several times and left messages, no one answers the phone or calls back. I came up here and the office people are sitting inside looking at me trying to open the door, they do not get up to see what i need and i called while standing outside the door, they didn't even answer the phone. How did they have 5 stars? Or rent apts if not opening the door or answering the phones."
